Very easy use and powerful tool. I searched for a couple of tools, finally decide this one. Myself and my team like it very much! Also the team is also very helpful, they know exactly what I am looking for. And have some of my pending requests solved out very smoothly.

I have to say that it is by far the best Shopify chat app I have ever used. Customers can just paste or upload images and videos up to 30 MB!!

I have recently started using live chat software called WILLDESK. I have to say that it is by far the best Shopify chat application I have ever used. It is straightforward to use and very user-friendly. You must install the app to Shopify, and you can start typing your message with your customers. Customers can just paste or upload images and videos up to 30 MB!!

Very happy with the app, user interface is really nice & easy to use. I had an ongoing issue also with my store so i spoke with a lovely lady called Nona via the live chat and she went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Great customer service!

Willdesk is a super useful app to have on my site. Real time notifications on either cell or desktop. The team is super responsive and will guide you through any issues you run into.
