I have tried other apps, but this one is so easy to integrate. Has alot of features and customer support from Nona is outstanding!

Just downloaded it. So far so good! Customer service was very helpful. The Pro Version of the app is currently free

超棒的，客服也很好 功能方面也是非常复合我们的预期，反正就是用起来感觉也挺舒服的 刚好可以把WhatsApp 还有Facebook的聊天工具结合起来，还有这个插件的功能上也能展示一些基础的FAQ，不错不错

I needed help upgrading to pro plan for chat and Jessa was lightning quick to help me out she did a great job and I got help right away. he immediately understood me. Great job and great customer service!!

So far so good. They're still working on integrations with social media and the iOS app but I like how many more customizations I can add here than in the Shopify Inbox app.

very nice app, has premium features for free right now, dont know how long we can use it, help articles load slow and I wish we had android and iOS app, it would be perfect! Other wise 5 star for it for now
