Support is awesome and the app is great and really simple to set up - At first the widget icon was terribly slow to load on the website but they fixed it in no time - Nice going team!!

easy set up, so far great! waiting for the app to be released and some customisations to be made but overall great as the app is free

Great service and really helpful. Had issue with the integration into my theme and they were resolving the problem very fast. Nona was also wonderful in answering my questions. App itself has great features and additional features seem to be in the works.

This app was so easy to set up that I kept anticipating something difficult around the corner, but that never happened! This app is clean, simple and enormously user-friendly!

I just started using it. I was using two different apps, one for WhatsApp and another one for Shopify inbox. Now the single app can do both works and in a much better way. The app is absolutely free at this time for 500 tickets per month.

Specifically reviewing the FAQ functionality. Was working fine when I installed it and the app has undergone a major overhaul. Might work fine for other functions but FAQ is no longer managed within Shopify.
Hi there, We are deeply sorry that you had a bad experience with our APP. FAQ has been upgraded to Willdesk and all the data of FAQ is moved to the Help Center of Willdesk. Beside the functions we support previously, there are more useful features added in Willdesk. You can also edit your FAQ questions in the Help Center. I just installed this app due to the reviews, seems positive. I'm currently editing my FAQs and it's seamless and easy. I also needed to upgrade to pro to continue and support offers it for free which is great! Looking forward to using this app.
