Acabo de descargar la aplicación y Molly me ha ayudado a responder mis preguntas, a resolver dudas y a mejorar el plan. Por ahora todo perfecto. Comentaré más cuando lleve un tiempo utilizando esta aplicación. Espero que tengan pronto la aplicación móvil para IOS. Gracias por la eficiencia y ayuda.

I needed help upgrading to pro plan for chat and Jessa was lightning quick to help me out she did a great job and I got help right away. he immediately understood me. Great job and great customer service!!

Really great help. I still think you should make the chat window smaller on the mobile view OR have an option to X it out

So far so good. They're still working on integrations with social media and the iOS app but I like how many more customizations I can add here than in the Shopify Inbox app.

very nice app, has premium features for free right now, dont know how long we can use it, help articles load slow and I wish we had android and iOS app, it would be perfect! Other wise 5 star for it for now

Im still playing with the app but i love the features, wish the text box was half the size that it is, other than that things are great so far.

客服小姐姐特别细心耐心，会告诉我需不需要升级。帮助我去设置我的聊天页面，回复及时且准确，沟通效率很高，也很热情。 在我遇到remove band部分的时候，她也反复和我确认让我刷新页面，当时我以为是自己确认，后来才知道系统那边会自己进行确认，功能还是挺齐全的，很喜欢。 如果help的界面有更多的模板就好了，可能感觉就会更不一样了。体验感会更好，我相信。

Es fabulosa! Puedes tener un chat en vivo con tus clientes, añadir a más operadores y hacer un bot de Preguntas frequentes. Además, puedes hablar con ellos, a mi me atendio Nona, y la verdad es que estoy encantado tanto con su trabajo como el trato personal que tiene con nosotros! Muchas gracias Nona!
