Great support, helps with all my questions. Helps me to free upgrade plan. Compared with other services, here are some cool features, like a help desk in chat!

Firstly the app is amazing for being free. It looks and feels great and the built-in messaging inbox makes it easy to reply to chat and look at old messages. The support team is also very quick to respond and quickly helped me with my questions. Highly recommended for new stores.
