Perfect to improve customer experience and get a little less customers support to manage everyday. You can set up differents languages and stuff. Great app !

The customer service agent was great and helped me with a lot of issues, which is a good thing for us! Without her help, you'd have to spend time researching a lot of things, but she'll show you the features and settings of this plugin, which is great!

Good tool. The support was very fast and efficient. The help button solves multiple problems including live chat, FAQs, and order tracking all for free. Free upgrade + free branding removal as well. Really the best app for a dedicated help center. Ellie was super helpful.
