I don't usually put reviews. But, these are so amazing that i felt bad if i did not give them a 5 star review. There are at a beginning phase and they have so much potentials. This app can help you so much to increase your customer support and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend it and it is one of the must have apps on your store

Absolutely amazing app with fantastic functions and significant customer support. Cannot say thank you enough to Nona that she always helps me instantly, which saved me a ton of time. Another thing is this app is totally free, which I still cannot believe so far. Definitely recommend to others who are doing online business, especially on shopify platform.

An easy way for customers to get in touch with us via chat or emails. Willdesk is easy to set up and use. The loading speed is better than many other APPs, hope it could keep this all along. Suggestions: If a chatbot feature can be added, it would be a plus.

Support is awesome and the app is great and really simple to set up - At first the widget icon was terribly slow to load on the website but they fixed it in no time - Nice going team!!

The app is great to create a help center and live chat. And also to give the customer the fastest way to the answers of your FAQ's. I hope social media integration follows soon. The best part.. it's free, even the pro plan (for up to 1000 conversations).
