Great App! Was looking for a Live Chat solution & Willdesk was a standout. Easy to setup and use. Support team is fantastic, Nona & Sophie assisted me with some configurations & were extremely helpful & efficient. Highly Recommend.

Fast help with my questions! Willdesk looks good so far. Looking forward for the integration of whatsapp messagen in that inbox! When this feature arrives you nailed it :)

Falls short to deliver. customer service trying to help but doesn't. wasted 6 days for an app that doesn't deliver to my needs with too much mixed information on the support end.

Awesome App! Mia was really quick and helpful when I needed a question answered. The only thing I would love added on this app is the see what the customers are opening up while on chat. That way I can help navigate customers to a purchase.
