Han actualizado los planes a peor. Tienes distintos planes y no hay mejora de precio en ninguno de ellos, solo hay que hacer el cálculo de los envíos, creo que nos toman por tontos... han subido los precios de todo y como te pases de las etiquetas te cobran más del doble. No la recomiendo.

Very disapointed by their service, they just announced they will double my subscription fee and I will have less features than before. I have been a loyal customer since 2020, shared feedback on improvements but you lost my faith and loyalty. Hopefully a bell will ring and you will put customer satisfaction as one of your priorities... this before money ;-) Sorry but I can't accept paying twice for a service with less features.

At the beginning everything was nice, but their service has been worsening over the last months. It takes them over a week to let you know where a parcel has been delivered. It happens, more and more, that parcels are left at some neighbour and the information of where exactly the parcel has been left is not provided. We have to manually request this info, and we get it a week later, which is not acceptable. Also, upon the worsening service of the carriers, they keep on saying that it's not their fault, that they are only in between. But if I work directly with a carrier, at least I have an account manager at which I can make complaints. With Sendcloud, they say that Carriers don't accept complaints about missing pick-ups for example, which makes no sense. So, I DON'T recommend Sendcloud anymore. Their service idea is good, however, the execution has a lot of room for improvement.

ils vous prélevent des supplements inventés et completements delirants , un colis de 3kg se voit taxer de 100 euros de supplements un mois plus tard car son poids est passé comme par magie a 12kg , et sur ce supplement ils refacturent un supplement carburant de 18 euros !!!! bref si vous avez enormement d'argent a perdre allez y .

The worst shipping app I've ever used. This app is absolutely useless. It can't even read or import Order Tags. So let's say you want to NOT import orders tagged with "Fraud" there is no way to accomplish this.

Une catastrophe pour les points relais, si vous souhaitez contacter vos clients à chaque commande pour demander leur point relais car l'appli crashe, allez-y, cette appli est pour vous !

Terrible Service. I have been waiting for weeks for an update from the customer service team and no one is getting back to me. I have been told I would be able to use my credit card and have not been able to post a successful payment due to the app processing system for payments having errors. I have had my shipping interrupted twice and the month of October and cannot afford to continue to have this issue, we just need help processing our payment on our card as we usually would and this cannot be resolved the whole month of October. Will need to cancel if this persists.

Mi mala reseña no es tanto por la aplicación sino por la atención al cliente de la empresa. Muy mala experiencia. Llevo 3 semanas esperando la solución a un problema que a priori era en 10 minutos estaba listo. Además, no contestan los correos. No la recomiendo para nada.

Le service proposé est correct et satisfaisant tant que vous ne rencontrez pas de problème (hormis qu'ils prélèvent toujours des "suppléments carburants" sortis de nul part à 2€ et quelques par colis !!!). Le jour où vous avez besoin d'un SAV, ce ne sera qu'une IA pourrie qui vous répondra en boucle les mêmes stupidités. Et quand bien même le colis n'a jamais été livré et la preuve de livraison est vierge dans leurs documents bidons en base openoffice, ils vous harcèleront en boucle pour que vous payez 30€ pour un colis non livré. C'est vraiment bien de se faire voler de la sorte et de n'avoir aucun interlocuteur en 1 mois et demi de tentative de recours pour un colis perdu.

Le produit est génial, mais je ne recommande pas de l'utiliser car il y a un gros problème avec la connexion avec UPS, ce qui réduit considérablement la satisfaction du client de votre entreprise. Le client reçoit une notification indiquant que la commande sera livrée demain, alors que l'étiquette vient d'être imprimée dans Sendcloud. C'est très problématique et nous avons déjà contacté Sendcould plusieurs fois, pour qu'on nous dise de contacter UPS, ce qui n'est toujours pas résolu. Si vous n'apportez pas d'améliorations immédiates, nous cesserons de l'utiliser car cela cause beaucoup de désagréments à nos clients. Merci pour votre support rapide.

What can I say, a shipping tool that does not give accurate shipping prices for shipping destinations (leading to higher charges later and unknown at the time of sending). You better not have to send multiple packages for a single order to a destination where customs are charged. Dimensional weight? Not a thing in this app. If you only send small, single packages per order, it might work well for you, but it just lacks a lot of functions that I would expect from a shipping app.

I am facing a huge problem with the company. They charged me a ton of labels that were never shipped. That means they charge labels only but for the cost of shipping which sound crazy! If you change one word they consider its a new label and so on and so on... No way to get a refund from them as my labels are more than 6 weeks old. Customer service pretends not to understand the situation and keeps trying to charge me undue fees! STAY AWAY

Beyond useless. Sendcloud launched in the UK with much fanfare. The integration team promises the world but delivered nothing. Clearly a management issue with junior integration team unable to effectively communicate with their tech team.

While you are not yet a customer or during the testing period, you will get phone calls from that company to propose help to set the account. You will get plenty of unrequested phone calls from someone with a "honey" voice. After a while, you receive a first invoice, and you realize that even the unused stickers are invoiced...wich is absolutely the opposite as what the same carrier does when Sendcloud is not involved. If you don't pay attention, you then pay for parcels that are not shipped. When you want to solve this, you don't get answers for a week. The only solution remaining is to try through the live chat. It takes hours. The person responding says she is responding to 8 other people at the same time and that it is very busy. We are far away from the nice Account Manager who was calling before we were customers. Other big surprise also: Even if we linked our DHL account to send cloud, the invoice received from DHL contains prices that are doubled in comparison to using DHL directly. The connection of the account was done under the supervision of Sendcloud, DHL Express Mode was used as Parameter but DHL invoiced as Economy Select...which is 2,5 times the regular price (price of my contract). After 5 days and plenty of messages, no explanation from Sendcloud and so far no proposal for paying the difference. Beware of nice promise!

That's why Both our support department and that of our carriers are seeing an increase in the number of questions (thousands per day) due to the high volumes and delays. It may therefore take longer for us to respond, assume a few days. We therefor ask for your understanding in this extraordinary situation and we apologize for the inconvenience. We indeed charge every shipping label that is created. This because some carriers do this while others don't and we want to avoid confusion. You can always cancel the label up until 42 days after you created it. It will then be refunded on the next invoice. I checked your DHL Express shipments and they all seem to be express labels. Could you check with DHL Express why they charged your shipments as Economy select shipment. This might be an error on their side. -- Kris

Very happy in the beginning. Till I realized all my Customer dashboards are showing wrong shipping information to my Customer. By "all" I mean for at least all my latest 60 orders. I started receiving Customer complaints. The shipping dates shown to my Customer on the sendcloud dashboard, were 3 weeks ahead of the actual shipping dates!! I contacted the Customer Service and they explained this is a known bug, and this can only be fixed for the future orders. I had just to deactivate and activate a page to fix it. As a Customer I expect if there is a known bug in the system, I will be informed asap of such bug. Is it so difficult to inform via Newsletter all your Customers about this problem? If sendcloud can´t do his basic job (showing shipping information to the Customer) and is not able to inform his Customers about this, the app is not worth the price. I understand bugs can happen, but not informing your Customers about it to be able to fix it, is just unacceptable. Please, KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS UPDATED ON ANY BUGS AND REQUIRED ACTIONS to avoid such bad user experiences like mine. Therefore 1 star review.

Excelent ! A very good solution to save time in the process of printing Shipping Labels and Track & Trace parcels. (2018) Today again problems with the integration. Orders are not synchronizing from Sendcloud to Shopify. I need to spend now all day checking which orders I send and which I didn't send. Sendcloud does't send Shopify the information that my orders were fulfilled. Also asked for some king of compensation but nothing seems to happened. Very dissapointed ! (2021)

Like a couple of other reviews, when a parcel is lost, Sendcloud do not refund you. Even though your contract and relationship is with Sendcloud, Sendcloud does not take financial responsibility. Sendcloud should refund customers like I do. I don't make my customers wait for a direct refund from my suppliers, so why should Sendcloud treat me this way? Passing the financial buck onto another company that I do not have a contract with is not good business practise in my opinion. I have transferred 95% of my business to a direct service with DHL now. I have been waiting several weeks for my DPD refund.

The app works fine. But several packages have been lost or delayed. They promise that the companies they work with deliver within 24 hours, but this never happened. The problem with this service is, that when a package gets lost or delayed, its unclear where to go. DHL or DPD say you are not their client, Sendcloud should handle it. But that doesn't happen. As soon as you work with Sendcloud you are lost. No one is accountable. You choose for Sendcloud to work more effieciently, but you end up with a big annoying hassle. As if you are dealing with a state-owned company in 1980.
