Die große Auswahl an Versanddienstleister ist ein echter Pluspunkt und gibt uns viel Flexibilität im Alltag. Der Support ist herausragend: schnell erreichbar, kompetent und immer lösungsorientiert. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die Oberfläche. Sie ist klar strukturiert, sehr intuitiv zu bedienen und spart im täglichen Arbeiten enorm viel Zeit. Für alle, die ihren Versand professionell organisieren wollen, ist Sendcloud eine klare Empfehlung. Die Anbindung an Shopify ist nahtlos und zuverlässig!

I have to say that i really like working with sendcloud. I think customer service is great, always got quick replies when opening tickets. Had an issue that pick up guy was not willing to get to us and they solved it very quickly. of course rates could be even better especially for foreign countries, but i hope at some point they will, as shipments grow. All in all great experience and i would happily reccommend this platform to anyone. Thank you

Llevo unos meses utilizando Sendcloud para mi tienda online en Shopify y la verdad funciona muy bien. Los envíos son rápidos y económicos gracias a las tarifas que ofrecen. Además tienen una atención al cliente bastante buena, algo que valoro mucho!

una delle app migliori che potessimo trovare, sono ormai anni che utilizziamo questa app per spedizioni nazionali e internazionali, mai nessun problema o altro con loro sincronizza i dati con shopify in pochi secondi. La consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Connessione semplice e stabile, non ho mai avuto interruzioni. Inoltre, gestiscono bene la comunicazione e danno un ottimo supporto quando capita qualche errore di spedizione. Apprezzo anche il fatto di poter confrontare i costi di spedizione in modo diretto.

Llevo un tiempo usando Sendcloud para gestionar los envíos de mi tienda online y la diferencia ha sido enorme. Antes la gestión era completamente manual y perdía mucho tiempo en la oficina de Correos, ahora está todo automatizado y sincronizado con Shopify. Crear etiquetas es muy rápido y los costes de transporte se han reducido considerablemente gracias a sus tarifas prenegociadas. Además, los clientes reciben los detalles de seguimiento por email, por lo que también se reduce el tiempo destinado a consultas sobre este motivo. La configuración inicial fue bastante sencilla y cuando he tenido alguna duda, el equipo de soporte me ha atendido de manera rápida y efectiva.

Sendcloud a complètement simplifié ma gestion des expéditions. L’interface est claire, les étiquettes se génèrent en quelques secondes et l’intégration avec Shopify fonctionne parfaitement. Les notifications clients sont super pro et me font gagner un temps énorme. Le support est réactif et vraiment utile. Bref, un outil indispensable pour une boutique en ligne !
