Wij maken al jaren gebruik van het Sendcloud platform voor het verzenden van onze pakketten (ook al voor wij bij Shopify terecht kwamen). Als kleine onderneming met sterk wisselende verzending van pakketten per week/maand hebben wij geen eigen contract met de diverse vervoersbedrijven maar de door Sendcloud default gehanteerde verzendtarieven zijn prima voor ons en onze klanten. De Shopify plugin is net zo probleemloos als die van Prestashop en Woocommerce en kunnen wij alleen maar aanbevelen. Weinig problemen ondervonden en als er al eens iets was is dat snel en adequaat opgelost door Sendcloud. Dikke duim en merci voor hun platform!!

Très bonne plateforme qui m'aide depuis le lancement de ma boutique shopify. Facile à utiliser, là je dois rentrer des litiges avec des transporteurs on va voir leur réaction, mais pour le moment très contente .

Game changer. Enviamos a través de Correos (España) y hacer una etiqueta en la web de Correos era una tarea tediosa y entretenida, así que desde que implementamos Sendcloud la eficiencia mejoró muchísimo. Es muy fácil de integrar y el servicio tecnico muy bueno. Merece la pena y se lo recomiendo a otros vendedores.

Sendcloud is de hoeksteen van mijn Shopify-webshops: dankzij hen kan ik met een simpele toggle nieuwe vervoerders aanbieden aan mijn klanten, en bij elke bestelling verlies ik geen tijd door manueel labels aan te maken: alle data vloeit mooi over van Shopify naar Sendcloud. Nu al bijna 3 jaar klant bij Sendcloud en dit blijft ook nog wel even zo!

Ottimo servizio per la gestione delle spedizioni. Piattaforma chiara ed intuitiva, si integra perfettamente con Shopify e l'assistenza fornisce sempre risposte veloci. Consigliato!

We’ve been using Sendcloud for several months now and we’re really happy with it! The platform is easy to use, intuitive, and saves a huge amount of time when managing shipments. Everything is centralized — label creation, tracking, customer returns… The support team is also very responsive and professional, always ready to help whenever needed. It’s a real plus for our Shopify store: the integration is smooth and reliable. In short, an essential tool to simplify logistics!

Utilizzo Sendcloud da un po’ di tempo e non potrei essere più soddisfatto! Sono precisi, affidabili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Il loro supporto clienti è rapido e cortese, pronto a risolvere ogni dubbio. Inoltre, adoro il servizio di compilazione della dichiarazione doganale: è chiaro, semplice e mi fa risparmiare un sacco di tempo. In poche parole, un servizio impeccabile — li adoro!

Nous utilisons Sendcloud pour notre boutique Paraplus et nous en sommes très satisfaits. La plateforme est fiable, simple à utiliser et parfaitement intégrée à Shopify. Le service client est réactif et professionnel, et les options d’expédition proposées nous font gagner beaucoup de temps au quotidien. Platform and integration are reliable, the customer service is prompt. The colab with the insurance with Xcover is great, simple and efficient when a package goes missing. Of course the sending rates are expensive but all postage is these days!
