I told the representative Wendy that I wanted to unsubscribe and to not charge me for the plan as I found a better service. IMMEDIATELY after I told her that, she charges my card for the plan I didn’t want anyway. I wasn’t too mad about the actual app, but the customer service and disrespect definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Be careful dealing with them, it feels kind of scammy.

Just started using the free version and will see how results go after a few weeks. Built-in chat support is nice, and fast so far. Hannah has been a great help. First time ever handling SEO, so I have high hopes for this app.

It’s a very intuitive and easy-to-use app. The support system is comprehensive, and their responses are quick. The UI and features make it easy to both understand the current state of your site and implement improvements.

I had some critical SEO issues (duplicate H1's, meta titles and fields) and even though I was on the free plan Hannah offered to fix these issues and did so within a couple of minutes. Bravo!
