The app is worth it. A bit pricy but it works. Hannah and Chi are the best support from SearchPie, they helped me a lot.

I’m just getting started with SearchPie, and I have already been blown away by their support team! Rose walked me through checking my store’s speed performance and explained the results in detail. She was patient, clear, and made me feel comfortable even though I knew I had a lot of work ahead. Later, Wendy and Jane continued the support seamlessly, helping me identify HTML issues that were holding my store back. Since I don’t have my own developer anymore, I was thrilled to find out that SearchPie’s technical team could step in and handle the fixes directly. They quickly sent an access request, and once approved, immediately began addressing the issues for me. The whole team has been friendly, professional, and so encouraging throughout the process. It’s rare to find this level of customer service paired with actionable SEO and speed optimization support. I truly feel like my store is in great hands and I’m excited to see the improvements roll out.
