So far this app is great! Daisy and Ainsley have been a great help and very patient with me. If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't emphasize enough how helpful they are! I hope to see an improvement with my website so I can upgrade to a paid plan.

I’m new to using the SearchPie app on Shopify, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Tine for making my initial experience fantastic! I have just downloaded the app, so far i am very impressed by its scanning, reporting capabilities on SEO optimization and user experience. The customer service available via chat (Linda) was super helpful, knowledgable, action oriented! Its just been one day and i am very impressed overall with the app and its supporting capabilities

Brilliant App, the support I got from this was amazing. I am very new to Dropshipping and the customer support was excellent. This is on the free plan to. Will definitely consider upgrading to a paid plan.

Just started out with the app so we have yet to see the results. Will update as we keep on using the app. The assistance though was very good. Ainsley assisted us and was very patient with a walkthrough of the features and setup. I was actually surprised with how patient he was as we are still in the trial period at the time of this post and have not even confirmed a subscription as of yet. Will definitely confirm the subscription because of the friendly support we received.

App is very useful even the free plan. I chated with their support( I cahted with wendy) and she was very nice and even waited for me when i had to go. I would recommend it for sure.

My experience with my support agent (Wendy) & my dev support (Thang) were excellent and fast. Very easy help, very quick support and turnaround. Took my SEO percentage on their app from 89% to 98% in about 25 minutes.

I am starting with the free version, and already they've helped me optimize and walked me through the process. they give great checklists to go through so you're no too overwhelmed all at once. The chat is with real people and they have been great to deal with.
