Great customer support, better than any other app i have ever experienced on shopify. Tina was a real person behind the scenes patiently helping me navigate some technical issue that i as a non tech person was struggling with. But she kept on answering my questions and was handholding me through it all. really appreciate her and kudos to the company for fostering this service attitude. thanks

This company is a SCAM! They charged me stating I was getting a free trial. I was CHARGED $399!! I reached out and they lied stating they were giving me a full refund. I checked it was a partial. I have been fighting with them to get the entire amount back. AVOID this scam!

When you were charged $399, Shopify automatically deducted transaction and processing fees before passing funds to us. We refunded you 100% of what we received, but the remaining portion is retained by Shopify. We completely understand your concern and recommend reaching out to Shopify Support for the deducted fees.
