Linda from the customer support team was extremely helpful in guiding me through setting up the things I needed for my store. She went above and beyond to fix some of my issues. I'm excited to see how my store will start to rank after this. Highly recommend!

Linda is an excellent person and professional, I loved her help on how to use the "SearchPie" app and to get the most out of it. She has certainly helped me and has been very kind, even though we don't speak the same language, she understood me perfectly (I may have spoken quite badly, I have to improve), but she never had any difficulty understanding me, any other person could have lost patience.

Daisy helped me today to setup my SearchPie. I was a bit slow since I was on my phone, she was very patient and did not stress me at all. She was very helpful and she made it easy to understand what I should do. Also probably the kindest supporter I ever chatted to. No stranger has never sent heart's to me before ❤ Thanks again Daisy. The app works good in basic free mode. I will try the paid version soon to see if it increases performance on my site. The tech support is very good, as I had an issue and they went in the back end and repaired the problems quickly and for free. I would recommend this app.
