She immediately checked my page, sent my case to the dev team and answered my questions quickly and professionally. John with the dev team resolved my issues within a few hours, helping me stay in line with my expected launch day and bringing my SEO score up to a 99! When I returned online, Hannah reached out to me to let me know that she was there if i needed anything and that John with the dev team had resolved my case.
