The support from these guys is amazing, I had some serious issues going on with my store that required a dev team to fix, the support agent stepped in and got her dev team involved going way above and beyond in fixing the issues with my store. These guys are amazing. Way better than any other apps I have used so far which is a lot. I highly recommend anyone to use this app and all of their other apps. I have to say these guys really care about their customers. I highly recommend anyone looking to get this type of service to strongly consider Search Pie. Their support services are top tier. Amazing service.
Krystal efficiently assisted me from Steps 1-4 to get our site up and running for SEO, Google Console, image compression, and snippet and schema. We still have more optimization techniques to implement, as we're not close to the finish line. I highly recommend it.
started out great and I made sure I wouldn't get overcharged after agreeing to try out for a month since they only give you 24 hours try them out. I was so excited to see their amazing options though. I was reassured by customer service I was safe.... then I was charged almost a THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION. BEWARE THEY'RE DOING THIS AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT CONSENT! NO DISCLOSURE NO BILL AGREEMENT. NOW MY BANK ACCOUNT IS WIPED OUT AND GETTING NON REFUND JUST A RUNAROUND. I HAVE NO MONEY NOW TY SO MUCH FOR DESTROYING MY LIFE IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS I WANT MY $700 ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE BACK NOW! I A NEW BUSINESS OWNER AND SINGLE MOM AND NOW CAN'T PAY MY BILLS YOU DRAINED MY ACCOUNT AND YOU'RE GIVING ME A RUNAROUND MAKING ANXIETY GO THROUGH THE ROOF I CAN'T SLEEP SHAME ON YOU!!

So far so good. Sam is an exceptional help to setting this app up. I would highly recommend sending a message after downloading the app and they will walk you through it every step of the way. Makes it so easy to set up. Thanks so much for your help and quick responses. Very impressed.
I am so impressed with this app and the customer service provided. They walked me through the entire process and helped me navigate how to adequately utilize all of their features. They even identified issues that would require developer coding and fixed it for me as a courtesy. It is service like this that will keep my business.
