To be honest, i have no enough word to express my feelings about the app and customer service, from the first moment i installed the app, they have been helping me to improve my SEO, ''even though i have free subscription''. The customer service is so friendly and kind , the app also has very good features. I recommend it to everyone !

AIの訳のわからない説明ばかりで堂々巡りの説明をされ、アプリを導入した日にGoogleサーチコンソールに問題が生じているのでアプリを導入したことが起因しているのではないですか？と聞いたら「アプリによって引き起こされたということを証明してください」と言われ。。。 でもここ数ヶ月全く問題がなかったのに導入した日以降問題が生じているということはどう考えてもアプリですよね？という感じですが拉致があきません。 導入してから以降結構な時間を費やしてしまいましたがSEOにプラスになるどころか今まで上位表示されていたワードでも表示されなくなったものがいくつかあります。 すぐに「開発者に手伝ってもらいたいですか？なら別途このプランを契約してください。」などと次々プランを持ち出し契約させようとします。かなり粗手の手法だと思うので要注意です。

Daisy has been a great help on this app. It seems like a really great app but the rest of the customer service seemed inexperienced. I asked questions and some of them didn’t provide clear answers or explain things. It also took them what felt like 4 minutes or longer to reply. I have been using another app for SEO that I prefer. The other company is very thorough and knowledgeable. They reply almost immediately and quickly answer questions in detail. I ended up uninstalling this app.

The team behind this has been super helpful. Daisy, Ainsley, and Tina are the ones I've talked to, but I have to imagine they're all equally helpful. Now, has it improved SEO traffic? I believe so, and I hope it continues to help. Regardless, the team is at least incredibly helpful and full of tips.
