I am starting with the free version, and already they've helped me optimize and walked me through the process. they give great checklists to go through so you're no too overwhelmed all at once. The chat is with real people and they have been great to deal with.

Daisy and Tina did and excellent job guiding me through setting up Searchpie SEO & Speed optimize App for my new shopify store. They were very informative and concise. They were very efficient and polite. They were also very accommodating when i needed to create another email account in the middle of signing up. The two did and amazing job and i will highly recommend and I will very likely look Into purchasing a paid version solely because of the services I received today..... Thanks again Daisy & Tina. Great app and the customer support is really helpful. They reach out and help walk you through everything, which was great considering how many features they have. I've used several SEO apps and I like this one the best.

it has a free plan which is the best feature in my opinion. the support i get from the free plan is superb so what more if i'm subscribed to their paid plan. Daisy in particular is very supportive and patient.
