I recently set it up so it's too early to say but so far customer service help has been great. Julie reached out to help me with my initial set up and stayed on until I completed all the tasks. So far the app seems easy to navigate and has a lot of benefits on the free version. I'll try it out before moving up to the other plans. Thank you Julie!

I recommend this app to beginners , They help alot in seo and managing everything . Linda helped me resolve issues in my store that are preventing it from showing on google etc.In Short , they are best

The customer service is amazing. I was pretty skeptical trying everything out and I was already having a rough day, but the ease of use and the customer service surprised me. Julie personally helped and walked me through several different steps to improve my SEO. She explained it clearly and concise, and answered any questions I had. I have not tried the paid versions yet, but the free version is very good.
