Linda from the customer support team was extremely helpful in guiding me through setting up the things I needed for my store. She went above and beyond to fix some of my issues. I'm excited to see how my store will start to rank after this. Highly recommend!

Daisy helped me today to setup my SearchPie. I was a bit slow since I was on my phone, she was very patient and did not stress me at all. She was very helpful and she made it easy to understand what I should do. Also probably the kindest supporter I ever chatted to. No stranger has never sent heart's to me before ❤ Thanks again Daisy. The app works good in basic free mode. I will try the paid version soon to see if it increases performance on my site. The tech support is very good, as I had an issue and they went in the back end and repaired the problems quickly and for free. I would recommend this app. I have upgraded to pro version and get the same great service still.

So, I was having problems with both my GMC links (I spent hours trying to fix the issues) and SEO. As everyone knows, finding and optimizing SEO through Shopify is a little overwhelming. So, I looked over the Searchpie app site and was skeptical about paying for the GMC service and the Enterprise Plan. BUT WOW, the customer service is fantastic. Tina fixed most SEO and Speed issues while I was on chat, and I should have my GMC issues done within 24 hours. Their team has exceeded my expectations.

I wish I had used SearchPie sooner. The customer service is outstanding and I will be upgrading to a paid plan in the near future. I highly recommend for the those beginning on Shopify.

Tina with support was great. So far my experience with this app has been positive. I wish that there was more power to the free version, but it allows for some little adjustments that help.
