The application seems interesting from an SEO perspective. As soon as I installed the app, someone from the team reached out to me. At first, I thought it was a bot, but the person was very kind and helped me improve my store, even though I am just a free user. I need to explore a bit more, but it has a lot of potential for those who, like me, don't know much about it.

Great customer service. Sam, my CSR, walked me through everything and was very clear and concise with her directions. She helped me set up all the free benefits of the app. -8/13 Today Linda helped me fix many issues from broken links, adding ALT tags, and much more. It is great to have this awesome support!

Linda from the customer support team was extremely helpful in guiding me through setting up the things I needed for my store. She went above and beyond to fix some of my issues. I'm excited to see how my store will start to rank after this. Highly recommend!

Linda is an excellent person and professional, I loved her help on how to use the "SearchPie" app and to get the most out of it. She has certainly helped me and has been very kind, even though we don't speak the same language, she understood me perfectly (I may have spoken quite badly, I have to improve), but she never had any difficulty understanding me, any other person could have lost patience.

Daisy helped me today to setup my SearchPie. I was a bit slow since I was on my phone, she was very patient and did not stress me at all. She was very helpful and she made it easy to understand what I should do. Also probably the kindest supporter I ever chatted to. No stranger has never sent heart's to me before ❤ Thanks again Daisy.
