I got in contact with Krystal from support team to resolve my site SEO issues. She was very helpful and made sure I understood everything I was stepping into. She even re-directed me to dedicated technical team to resolve tag issues. Extremely pleased with the experience. Definitely recommend using this app and service if you are new to SEO.

RE: Free Plan. I have the free plan and customer service was excellent. They are always eager to help. I'm only giving this three stars as I have yet to see any results from SEO. I was told it takes two months but they were pushing for a review. I only installed this in July.

Easy to Download. Not so Easy to use. Did not have half the functionality expressed in most videos to be the "free" plan. A little confused.

This app has helped me repair a lot of my SEO issues with my website. I've had a 35% increase in traffic since using this app. The app is well designed, easy to navigate through and provides tips and guidance which is super helpful for beginners in SEO.
