FULL OF BUGS!! I have updated the Title and description several times. The Information does not save! FRUSTRATING! Waste of time!! SITE MAP Submission gives error!!

Average ranking on google has got worse since installing this app. I have sent 3 questions to support and NONE have been answered. NO SUPPORT. Update. Finally got some response after leaving this review but it really didn't answer the questions I had. I responded to the email to get further answers and clarification and at this time it has NOT been responded to so I renew my 1 star review. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is one of the most valuable apps for your store period. Being new to Shopify I encountered an error with the Sitemap that I originally thought was associated with SEO Manager. It actually turned out to be an issue with Shopify.. not this plugin. The error was not allowing Google to read my Sitemap and because "Sitemaps" was an option in the app dashboard I assumed it had to do with SEO Manager. After a little back and forth their Tech Support they really came through. They helped me to quickly figure out what the problem was and then they fixed it. Rob was very helpful by providing not only insight about the error but also a little head start on what I could do for SEO to get my site off the ground. There is always something new to learn. SEO Manager gets 5 Stars for excellent customer service and tech support that follows through. Thank you!

I've been using it for about 1 year already and i have not see nay improvements. I've set up all of my market places to my shopify account and ive been getting more traffic from market places then this app. the videos are very helpful for $20 i think i can find an account manager to help me get more traffic

needed to update seo manager and it was done immediately! have been using seo manager since we went online with shopify and it does the job for us.

The app will insert invalid JSON microdata that can't be parsed by services because it's totally invalid. Save button sometimes missing so can't change settings. Does not insert proper aggregateRating or reviews count for Yotpo despite having the option. Does not support some properties like google_product_category. Google also complains of missing SKU. Support does not response to emails for help!

Still trying to work with this app and get it right. Hopefully with some tech support I can solve my problems and will update this review at a later date.

One week ago I added this app to our store. I spent hours and hours and hours adding in meta descriptions and target keywords. I saved my work and got the confirmation notice of the saved changes. Today I am doing an audit and 90% of my work is gone. LOST. I am absolutely miffed and upset and the worst part is just try getting a hold of someone for support. They have no real livechat so you wait hours or days for a reply. I do not recommend investing your time and hard earned money.

Excellent app with a clear and intuitive interface and amazing support should you need it. Would recommend though prefer that our competitors didn't know about it of course.

I am changing my feedback to a 5 star because they have earned it. I bend backward for my clients and I am please to see that these guys do the same. If you ever have an issue with this app, what ever it is, give them a chance to address it. They will come thru.

If it weren't for this app, I would have never found out why I wasn't ranking high enough on Google. The product pages showed me all the improvements I needed to make and I can't wait to see the results!

Our web www.Directwells.com sells very good items and the lowest price on the internet of party supplies and favors but our items did not show on google at all. Our items start showing on google after using this app. It is very easy to use and works well. Great app !
