I was on board and on the $49 plan and doing fine from March 2020 through July 2020 until they stopped responding to tech support requests in August 2020 and did not answer the phone support number. I am very disappointed that the system is now really slow, it has been down due to upgrades and has many so-called features that are problematic. they used to be great and simple - but now they are pretty bad and it is now costing us too much time, money and aggravation even with our customers trying to submit bookings online I am not interested in continuing on with this app...there are too many limitations to list. Its not worth the money. Find some other app. I too am looking elsewhere. They rolled out (2) updates and features without telling us and it broke our system flow.

Hey there Joe, you have been holding this threat of a bad review over our heads since you first signed up and to be honest, it’s a bit of a relief to cut our losses and just move on with your account. What you are really requiring for your business is a fully customized system from the ground up with a developer who can take all your feature requests and implement them. While we both tried our best to make it work, sometimes you just can’t fit a square peg in a round hole. To date, our team has spent: - 20+ chat interactions - 20+ email threads - 8+ phone calls totalling almost over 4 hours of direct support... explaining how Sesami works, setting it all up for you (free of charge), answering all your questions, fixing workflow issues, debating features and requests, and generally supporting you in setting up your business 100% on Sesami. Yes we accept the fact that our app was under maintenance (took 2 minutes) and we should do a better job in notifying merchants upfront. We’re not perfect but we try our best and we stand behind the value of our product at your subscription rate of 49$/month. Sometimes, it just doesn’t work out. It’s okay. I had a problem with Sesami. Well, I thought I was a problem. Turned out I didn’t understand how the functionality operated. The excellent team at Sesami explained things to me and then “Voilà!” I was able to set up my store’s appointment-based services the way I wanted.

I easily installed the app but had trouble getting the calendar to show on my product page. The customer support was super helpful and now, the app is running on the site. It took me a little while to figure out the back end of the app--where things are located is not super intuitive--but now that I get it, it's easy to change.

We use this app for a new startup that we just launched. I found Ehsan and his team to be very responsive with our queries. The admin interface is not intuitive, but the app actually has a lot of functionality even for complex features.

I have been extremely impressed with the level of support offered by Sesami. Any and all questions have been addressed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They are constantly working to provide excellence for their clients, whether you're a clothing boutique (which we are), a spa, or other. It is user friendly for our clients and works on our bilingual site (EN/FR).

I used the app for doctors appointments. It would be really good if you had the option of choosing the appointment after adding to cart or to just have 1 booking button that then integrates into the cart. It's confusing for the customer to have to do 2 actions

I used this app to allow customers to book in a consultation and it works really well. Had a bit of trouble setting it up but the Sesami support was really quick and got it working straight away. Highly recommend.

I like the interface, and the app works better than others I have compared it to, but I wish I could schedule more than one appointment in a time slot without having to create more "team members," as our appointments are not specific to a person and I think that will confuse people. Also I wish it had the option to add additional details, such as if the person is bringing extra people along.

Hello there! We are currently on an email thread with you trying to fix your theme issues which originated from multiple booking apps installed at the same time. Unfortunately, installing multiple apps that have the same functionality has created theme conflicts, which is why Sesami it's not currently working on your theme. Let's work together to resolve this - as fundamentally the issue is not due to Sesami, but due to conflicting code.

This app is very straightforward and simple use! The customer service is excellent as well, Randy was able to solve my issue quickly and provided me with a customized tutorial on how to navigate the app.

This app is simple to use and works a treat. The instructions could do with a bit of work, but the support was excellent so we were up and running with Private Shopping Appointments for our physical store, The Old School Beauly, in no time. We now plan further ticketed events for the future. The support is superb - they adapted the app to remove the option to book multiples - really impressive! Thank you so much.
