This app is very helpful for understanding customer behavior and making better decisions based on real data. On top of that, their support team is excellent — fast, friendly, and really helpful. Definitely recommend it.

I've been using this app for a few days upon recommendation and so far I'm very pleased with the features. It's very helpful to see what people look at and make informed decisions about what information to add and what format to use. For instance I'm noticing people on my store don't seem to use sliders and drop down menus, so some important information may get lost that could be overcoming objections. The support service is very quick, efficient and helpful. they gave a free boost and answered my questions very quickly and clearly. Highly recommend.

Really great app. I can see visitor location, session duration, device type, and more. The session replays are especially helpful for understanding how people use my store. Easy to use and very useful.

Propel Replays & Heatmaps has been an absolute game changer for understanding how customers actually interact with our store. The replays and heatmaps are clear, easy to use, and give genuine insight into where users get stuck or drop off. A huge shout out to Tom as well his support has been nothing short of exceptional. Fast replies, clear explanations, and genuinely helpful suggestions that actually improve conversion, not just generic advice.
