I tried this app but honestly wasn’t very impressed. It works sometimes, but overall it feels a bit unreliable and confusing to use. The dashboard isn’t very clear and it took me a while to figure out where everything was. I also expected the features to work more smoothly. For the price, I think there are better options available on the Shopify App Store.

Without a plan (we have a free option!), recordings are limited to just 10 pageviews and most features won't be available. That would definitely make the experience feel limited and confusing. horrible app!!! I did not like the quality i deleted the app having app less than a week not using the app and they still are trying to charge me $77 which is the annual fee when i deleted the app the fist week!!!!
Propel Replays includes a 7-day free trial. You were on a paid plan from Mar 5th to Mar 13th - a total of 8 days - and so Shopify automatically charged you when your free trial period ended. Rest assured that we can assist with this. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
