I installed the app to help me understand my customer's behavior better, so I can make better descisions on updating my website for optimal user expierience. The setup was very easy and the support team is absolutely amazing - very fast, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this app.

Propel Replays has been a great tool for my small business. The platform is very user friendly, easy to navigate, and simple to set up. Super easy to use and it works consistently. Plus they are still rolling out new features, like being able to identify bot traffic more easily. I'd recommend the app.

I've been using this app for a few days upon recommendation and so far I'm very pleased with the features. It's very helpful to see what people look at and make informed decisions about what information to add and what format to use. For instance I'm noticing people on my store don't seem to use sliders and drop down menus, so some important information may get lost that could be overcoming objections. The support service is very quick, efficient and helpful. they gave a free boost and answered my questions very quickly and clearly. Highly recommend.

Really great app. I can see visitor location, session duration, device type, and more. The session replays are especially helpful for understanding how people use my store. Easy to use and very useful.
