I've been using it for a few days now, still figuring it out, but I find it very useful, practical, and easy to use. It has features like recording visits (which works smoothly and well), heat maps, and even surveys! (quite configurable to fit the store's design). The customer service was excellent; Tom helped me very kindly, and I'm very happy with it!

Top 3 of my most used apps. You can really track everything your visitors do on your website. Every session now even has a well summarized session text-recording option additional to the video, which is incredibly helpful. It’s perfect for building statistics and analyzing behavior. Especially in the beginning, this app is extremely valuable for understanding how users interact with your site.

Incredible value. This is a MUST HAVE APP for any Shopify store. Shows issues that data simply does not reveal. They are beginning to introduce AI too, which is great. Excited to see where that goes. I'd like to see a weekly or daily email with AI analysis on all the recordings with links to specific recordings and timestamps that it recommends the user watch - as watching each one manually is simply not possible.

In the past we used Hotjar (I think it's called something else now), but this is much better because it's in Shopify. Having qualitative data like session replays is essential, and Propel is designed in a way that's tailored to how shop owners use this kind of data.
