I love how fast it loads, how customizable the settings are, and how reliable it’s been—no crashes, no lag, just perfect playback every time. What really blew me away is the level of detail in the features—Proper Riplay doesn’t just meet my expectations; it exceeds them. From the crystal-clear audio to the way it organizes my library, everything feels effortless. It’s honestly become an essential part of my day-to-day routine. Can’t recommend this app enough! It’s like having a behind-the-scenes pass to your customer journey—Netflix-style! The ability to watch both live and recorded sessions has been a game changer in uncovering hidden friction points that were silently hurting our conversions. The heatmaps are incredibly insightful, helping us identify what captures attention and what gets ignored, so we can make smarter design decisions that actually boost sales. And the survey feature? Brilliant. We’ve gathered invaluable feedback directly from our shoppers to continuously improve their experience. One of the most underrated (but powerful) features is the IP tracking—we’ve been able to spot and block bots and even competitors clicking on our ads, saving us money and improving ad performance. A huge shoutout to Tom from customer care—he went above and beyond to help us get set up and make the most of all the features.
