Really impressed by this app - everything just works and it doesn't seem to impact our site performance or user experience which was always my main concern. The recordings have been incredibly helpful in giving us insight to what changes we need to make and the heatmaps have really helped us realise where our visitors are spending most of their time. We will definitely be moving to a paid tier very soon. The support from the team has been great so far too!
