The app works great and is much more competitively priced than the alternatives. In my experience what makes or breaks an app is the customer service and here it's fast and outstanding. Big thanks to Hernane for dealing with my queries today. Definitely recommend this app.

Best free tier of all the apps, UX is convenient, and especially post customer events, hotjar and microsoft clarity have been a nightmare to setup making this much much more convenient.
