First tool I've found that has replays working in Shopify and they were very easy to start up. In fact, they had already captured past session data I could review. Support team had very fast response times—they helped immediately and with exactly what I needed.

Really helpful and easy to use! Propel Replays has helped me understand exactly what my visitors do on my store. I can see where they scroll, click, or leave — and that made it much easier to fix issues and improve my pages. The app is simple, clean, and works great. Wir hatten zu Beginn Probleme mit der Sichtbarkeit und der Anzeige der Heatmaps aufgrund unserer Pop-Ups und unserem Cookie Banner. Netterweise haben sich die Entwickler dem Problem direkt angenommen und innerhalb eines Monats ein neues Heatmap System entwickelt, dass uns bereits jetzt sehr weiterhilft! Auch die anderen Features, wie Replays etc. sind sehr anschaulich & hilfreich. Absolute Empfehlung!
