This app has already helped me to identify pain points for my customers when they visit my website. The recording has a high fps and shows where the customers click as they navigate. It also provides a huge library of saved recording and an analytics page to see relevant data. I am currently on the free plan and it's doing everything I need it to do, and as my business grows I will continue to use this app. It's been great so far the the customer service has been excellent.

We just started a new stored and unfortunately still on budget, but its great to see recordings because we can check if there are some problems with website and make it better! Great app!

I LOVE this app! If you're wondering if you should install it, the answer is yes!
