I used this app to check where my users are dropping and how they are interacting with my website. It is really one of my most used app now.

This is a great recording app, the best I've tried so far. I left Lucky Orange because of bad support and Propel has been great.

I have been using it for just a couple of weeks, so far it's good, I have used three other session recording apps and this one seems to be a keper!

Awesome app! I upgraded to the £9.99 paid version almost straight away and have already noticed some patterns that are occurring on our store which can be amended. Its pretty addictive though!

I’M PICKY - I’ve worked in the tech industry for 15 years, and have also coached or owned multiple businesses. So far this is my favorite Shopify App to date. It’s easy to implement, easy to use, and the information you get from it is invaluable. I’ve been trying to increase conversion on my website - we have tons of visitors, but not high enough conversion. I instantly picked out 4-5 areas that weren’t ‘user friendly’ for our customers. Great job on the app you guys. I’ve started the monthly subscription, totally worth the money (Nobody asked me to write a review. I want to make that clear so you know can trust this review.)

Simple to install, use and the best part: the free version actually accomplishes something, instead of just teasing, or making you waste your time building something, to charge you later when it's time to use/launch the feature.

This app is awesome and only keeps getting better. ITs definitely a keeper and and a must have for fixing conversion issues or dialing in on visitors most visited page, most viewed products etc.

I use this app to review how customers use my site to find my products. Do they use the top menu? Do more of them use a front page visual link, are they watching the product videos or just scrolling by? Does the image on the front page consistently get a click? These are the things that I'm very interested in as well as the ease of use on my site. I can't get that info without the recording and replay. The recordings are snappy, without delay, and very informative. I'm very happy with the 40k page view pricing and feel it is very fair for the service provided. Invaluable insights made my website changes a winner!

Very good! I'm always analyzising our visitors, creating heat maps and evaluating their time on our shop; I long time ago I learned recordings provide an invaluable tool for that - this app, Session Recording, is probably the best I've tested out thus far. Records details, mouse movement, etc... and free up to 40.000 sessions! Keep up the good work!

I love this app from the word go. It enable us to get a real insight in spotting potential floors in our store and how to improve our customers experience in addition to Shopify's analytics. Great tool.
