Great app to track how customer are moving inside your website and detect patterns to improve CRO. Free plan is more than great for when you are starting a new business. It has many different tools like sessions recording, heatmaps and IP exclusion. Great customer service as well.

So got this app on the free trial. I have since moved to a pay plan Firstly I have not even used all the features yet so I can only initially comment on the bit that I got it for initially Ok so why do I like this? So the video replays are a game changer. I watched about 20 and spotted our image size for products was resulting in people having to scroll down to the thumbnails under and then back up to view image. I would imagine this was really annoying and probably resulted in some leaving. So we edited it so this was not required Also spotted some collections would have all the products so people were scrolling. On the mobile app the filters were less obvious so we inserted a featured collection block at the top so at least there was a quick easy narrow down for those browsing There are more but you can really spot the things that customers value and linger on and so make them more prominent or available earlier in the page.
