I love this app, great replays and summary of activity on our site. This was the first time we really were seeing our site from the point of view of our customers and it was eye opening. You'll get lots of takeaways and ideas for optimization by using this app.

This app has already helped me to identify pain points for my customers when they visit my website. The recording has a high fps and shows where the customers click as they navigate. It also provides a huge library of saved recording and an analytics page to see relevant data. I am currently on the free plan and it's doing everything I need it to do, and as my business grows I will continue to use this app. It's been great so far the the customer service has been excellent.
