I think this app is amazing! The support team is super responsive whenever there’s a problem. It’s an essential tool for accurately tracking visits and making improvements to your store.

Really helpful and easy to use! Propel Replays has helped me understand exactly what my visitors do on my store. I can see where they scroll, click, or leave — and that made it much easier to fix issues and improve my pages. The app is simple, clean, and works great. Also, the support team is super quick and friendly. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to increase conversions and get real insights about their customers!

Wir hatten zu Beginn Probleme mit der Sichtbarkeit und der Anzeige der Heatmaps aufgrund unserer Pop-Ups und unserem Cookie Banner. Netterweise haben sich die Entwickler dem Problem direkt angenommen und innerhalb eines Monats ein neues Heatmap System entwickelt, dass uns bereits jetzt sehr weiterhilft! Auch die anderen Features, wie Replays etc. sind sehr anschaulich & hilfreich. Absolute Empfehlung!

I really like this app! The session replays and heatmaps give me a clear view of how customers interact with my store, and I’ve already spotted areas to improve. Propel Replay is hands down the best activity recording app available. The customer service is excellent (Tom from customer service is the absolute GOAT!), the platform is simple to use, and it’s incredibly helpful for store development and A/B testing. Even if you only try the free version, download it, you’ll gain valuable insights into how customers interact with your store!

This app is great! When I start using this I know where I can improve my shop. More people need to have this. I can see directly where people are scrolling to and what they want. I will grow because of this
