It’s a great app my customers love it but not going to lie rate’s are pretty high guys.

Rate’s too high. Customers used it a lot before but niw barely.

I love this app, it is way better than the other payment companies. It goes with my website flawlessly plus it goes with my color scheme. I hate that they charge a fee if you don’t get an order in a certain time, but I eventually won’t even have to worry about that. Sezzle is excellent.

Great addition to our site! Has been a huge help in converting customers. Had an issue upgrading the widget, but no complaints other than that. Already submitted a review, but being forced to leave another one. Can’t access my account without leaving another review. Please fix.

Sezzle offers a great pay in four option for your customers. I know I have an increased amount of sales so to offering Sezzle as a way to pay on my website. Would definitely recommend.

Im middle of the road here. everything was as expected for us. we had several sales over several months that used Sezzle but we found the % too high plus the 2% shopify took on top. other wise the platform worked perfect and intergraded into the website seamless. we ultimately canceled due to cost.

My experience with Sezzle so far has been all positive. I have only been using it for 2 months and have had less than 20 transactions with sezzle but no negative experiences at all.

I am glad I came to see the reviews. I have been looking into other plans. I didn't realize the changes. I too am deleting the app. It is apparently not small business friendly. :(

I thought this was a wonderful app. I've used it for at least a year. However, upon updating it due to requirements, I am now notified that my account is frozen due to not having at least $300 worth of orders through this service monthly. That was not mentioned during sign up. I did not receive any information regarding this policy change. Therefore I will be deleting this app and my account. There is no issues with fees, however the proper thing to do would be to notify your customers and not be misleading as if this service is free and fees are charged when used. DISGUSTING business practices!
