So far so good! We love Sezzle and the extra options it gives our customers, allowing them the options to purchase more with a longer time to pay for it! Definitely a game changer!

Absolutely love sezzle! It has helped bring so much business to my store! My customers love using it on my website. And I love that they are able to help me , help my customers shop and make payments later. I honestly wouldn’t be so successful with my business if it wasn’t for sezzle. The fees aren’t bad at all. I barely notice them. And I say it’s worth it for how much business I receive in return for paying a small fee. Easy pay outs, very easy app to navigate to see my merchant sales. Highly recommend! Thank you sezzle for helping my small business grow!

Im middle of the road here. everything was as expected for us. we had several sales over several months that used Sezzle but we found the % too high plus the 2% shopify took on top. other wise the platform worked perfect and intergraded into the website seamless. we ultimately canceled due to cost.

My experience with Sezzle so far has been all positive. I have only been using it for 2 months and have had less than 20 transactions with sezzle but no negative experiences at all.

Sezzle is a game-changer. The Shopify app is user-friendly, and splitting payments into four interest-free instalments has helped add about +10% incremental sales to our store. Plus, their customer service is top-notch, helping out with any issues that I've had installing and getting up and running... definitely recommend to any store not yet using a pay later solution.

I could not get this to work at all with my theme and the coding ruined my cart and product pages. Shame because in theory, it's a great idea.

I am glad I came to see the reviews. I have been looking into other plans. I didn't realize the changes. I too am deleting the app. It is apparently not small business friendly. :(

I thought this was a wonderful app. I've used it for at least a year. However, upon updating it due to requirements, I am now notified that my account is frozen due to not having at least $300 worth of orders through this service monthly. That was not mentioned during sign up. I did not receive any information regarding this policy change. Therefore I will be deleting this app and my account. There is no issues with fees, however the proper thing to do would be to notify your customers and not be misleading as if this service is free and fees are charged when used. DISGUSTING business practices!

They started charging businesses and did NOT inform anyone about this change. I as a small business can not afford to pay more fees monthly for not selling over $300 worth of sezzle orders!! I will be switching to Klarna and Afterpay because of this.

Don’t inform users of fees. I signed up several years ago and it was free. Never told they stopped. Really upset at how much I’ve been charged in merchant fees because I don’t sell over a certain amount a month.

Worst customer service. The widget wouldn't let me integrate into my theme and they just said sorry we can't help.

I do NOT recommend Sezzle to sellers. I canceled an order minutes after the order, which means I don’t have the payout of funds from the order and instead of Sezzle just canceling the order and sending the funds back to her, they took the funds from me, funds I didn’t even receive. And if people don’t use Sezzle on your website, they also take funds from you, how nice.

This has been a great addition to our website. It is driving new sales with higher order values and was super easy to integrate. I'd highly recommend this buy now, pay later option by Sezzle to any business.
