Not very user friendly because you put the Leave us a Review in the spot in the way of menu. Also don't like the fact I can't delete stores I don't use in menu. It just not user friendly compare to other apps. Sorry but really have more trouble using Shineon that anything else and probably keeps me from adding more of your products. Your customer service is great! That's about it. Mike

I made three products out of the same item, and all of them are shown as ready for ordering except one. They are literally all the same thing with one word changed lol

At this moment since you guys are so pushy to MAKE people leave a review before even actually testing, seeing or buying the first product, I have to give 2 stars because I don't know enough about the app to make a solid review, but your trying to force a review, so that's one issue my other issue is that I created a product from your company that said it was in stock however on my page it says out of stock. I've contacted support and have not received an answer so as far as I'm concerned this site/app/company is either a scam or a dud if I have to base my review on what I know about this company so far

As for the OOS message, your inventory counts are kept on the app and not through your Shopify. Our Support chat is very fast (answering your questions in real time 7 days a week) and our ticket response time is less than 1 day so please check your spam for messages from our team. Really liking the app so far. It is so easy to log in and use. Offers fantastic things and spent months looking for a plae like ShineOn thinking nothing like it exists! I do wish they offered a few more upgrade items.

Super friendly app! No negative experience except they changed their membership scale. Stuff that used to be free is no longer free. Other than that great customer service and quality products.

ShineOn - love the company. Great high quality products, quick fulfilment, reasonable shipping prices (just reduced them on some products). Weekly FaceBook group Lives that review new products, changes, etc. Can speak directly with the owners who run these meetings. Where else can you get this quality of product and service? Nowwhere that I have found. Not from the ones whos names start with letter "P".

This is horrible, I cannot take a common image size and upload it. This would be too difficult to meet the expectations from a buyer when they do not have an image 4800 x 5760 pixels, and you cannot even edit a photo to make it that large on Canva
