I would definitely recommend this appt. It is very easy to use and the customer service is some of the best I've ever dealt with. I can't see myself ever NOT use this app. It will be a part of my business for the foreseeable future. Just AMAZING!

I am new to the POD market, and I've learned a lot. I opened my first store on Etsy Feb 6th 2024. Starting with the typical low ticket items, t-shirts, mugs, and other gift type items. ShineOn has really opened my eyes to a whole nother level of Print on Demand! My biggest problem is trying to decide to open a seperate store or just rebrand what I've got. Hmmm..., but as far as ShineOn goes, I started working on sign up around Midnight, and had my first product published to my Shopify store front and Etsy for lead up to Mothers day. It's as easy as the videos say it is, and the platform is one of the most user friendly ones I've seen. Oh yeah, I needed to contact the support via live chat at 1:30 am and there was an attendant in seconds. Great Job on this.

I have been using ShineOn for over a year now. Its super user friendly and the merchandise is top notch. They are not only a vender, but they provide training for free! I rated a 4 because they some of the recent changes that now require you to pay an upgrade for services that was free. There should have been a "grandfather" clause for those who were already affiliated with them. Other than that, I absolutely love this company.

So far, I have yet to be impressed with this service. I initially signed up for the "Starter" subscription with a free 7-day trial but canceled it due to persistent issues I encountered while uploading artwork for a plaque. The platform's interface could be more user-friendly, making the uploading process cumbersome and frustrating. Furthermore, customer support needs to be more helpful in addressing my concerns. Given these challenges, I find it difficult to justify paying for a consistently unreliable service that fails to meet my expectations. I will consider subscribing again once these fundamental issues are resolved. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to others or see myself investing money in it.
