The app and connection is excellent. Cant say enough how much it helps to have shipbob deeply integrated into our shopify backend. It makes linking items and tracking inventory smooth. Appreciate all that the shipbob team and app has enabled for our store.

Very pleased with shipbob so far! My company has been using shipbob for over a year now and we are excited to have them apart of our growth as we look to expand our company! Their site is very user friendly and takes the leg work out of fulfilling orders so you can put your focus in other aspects of your company! #teamshipbob

I've had a great experience with ShipBob so far! It was really easy to install, quick and reliable order ingestion. Simple and effective tracking and I'm especially impressed with how the inventory syncs with my Shopify store and how easy it is to order new deliveries to my chosen warehouse. The support I received from my dedicated Implementation Manager, Sergio was outstanding as he made everything so simple and responded immediately to all of my queries. Thank you Sergio! I'm looking forward to growing my business internationally and I feel confident that ShipBob is the best fulfilment partner to help me achieve my business goals.

Shipbob has been able to offer great solutions to our needs from a 3PL. We were nervous about the change but now we don't look back! Installation of the App was extremely easy and we had someone help us onboard who was there whenever we needed, so it made the process far from intimidating. When it comes to speed and reliability of order ingestion, the process is fairly straight forward and easy. If you have inventory ready, the process is seamless. I would say the only hiccup is with Amazon FBA orders but Shipbob is always willing to help. Overall when it comes to tracking upload speed, communication of order progress, and speed ShipBob has been a great partner. As with any 3PL there will always be some issues, it's the nature of the business, but it's good to know that we can rely on ShipBob's technical support team to get things figured out.

Soo glad we went with ShipBob. Their software was super easy to integrate with our Shopify store and our implementation specialist Lacey became an indispensable part of our team while onboarding, helping us through every question we could throw her way. The ability to have rule automations in place, inventory sync, and re-order points are excellent features to have and we are able to replenish Amazon, process and ship DTC orders, and fulfill case level wholesale skus. 5 Stars!

Shipbob has made my fulfillment so much easier and efficient. My account manager, Neel B is incredible. He is always available, makes time to meet with me, and proactively shares methods for me to use to be more effective, efficient, and serve customers at a lower cost. I honestly view Neel as a member of my team and would feel lost without him. I appreciate this the most about Shipbob!

We've got shipbob set up in 3 locations in the US, 1 in Canada, 1 in the EU, and 1 in the UK. It certainly reduces the amount of effort of managing multiple warehouse providers!

Overall ShipBob has been a good experience. My merchant success specialist has been a really big help. I do wish the app/website was more mobile friendly. It's very hard to navigate and many of the features are next to impossible to do when not on a computer. I work 90% from my phone so it's a struggle. The shopify integration is pretty solid. I do notice quite a bit of delay sometimes with tracking crossing over from shipbob to shopify. Sometimes it never crosses over at all so I have to add it manually but it's pretty rare. No problems with order syncing, it's fast and accurate. Overall I would recommend!

Thanks for your feedback on the mobile site. It's true - some pages are not meant to view on a mobile device. To be honest, it's intentional! Some of the info is so dense, we don't think a mobile experience would do it justice. However -- the Order Details page should be fully mobile-compliant, so perhaps bookmarking that would be helpful. Regarding the delay - this really does surprise me. Our tracking sync with Shopify is almost instantaneous - but it occurs when the package leaves our facility and goes into the carriers' hands, NOT when the tracking number is created. That's a big difference - sometimes can be a day depending on when the order is packed. This is again intentional - because we dont want you having a ton of blank tracking numbers causing WISMO (where is my order) questions. There are definitely pros and cons to shipbob. The shopify app works fine and they do have a lot of features, adding new tech features like EDI capability and integrations with SPSCommerce. However, on the b2b side, we have experienced issues. D2C works pretty seamlessly and connects to shopify with few issues.

Scaling your business with a solid fulfillment partner can be a much easier task. ShipBob has reliable customer support and a willingness to solve issues and complex matters; it can be a bumpy ride initially, but the earlier you start the cooperation, the easier it will be when you scale. The easiness of managing shipments beyond your domestic market is also a big plus, and ShipBob covers most of the e-commerce needs. The integration with various services is also a plus. Overall, highly recommended.

Using the this app has made it very easy for us to manage our fulfilment across a number of countries and not just in North Americas so it has saved a lot of time. It was very easy to install as wasn't a private app and already in app store and the pulling down of orders can be set around the time frames we want which has been very import for when customer realise they have used old address or just typed it incorrectly. The tracking is also passed back into Shopify from Shipbob as soon as delivery in transit which is sent on to our customer so saves us time again and our customers know what is happening with their delivery. Technical support is also very quick to update us on courier issues as well as setting up import rules and tags when we see fraudulent orders...again this has saved us time and money on orders going bad. Highly recommend the app and the company. :-)
