If you love having angry and confused customers or if you love refunding and canceling orders, shipmonk is the perfect choice for you. Shipmonk is only interested in getting your money. They can take up to ten days to dispatch a parcel, there is zero accountability or apologies for staff. If you ask why a parcel hasn't shipped, they will mark it as shipped to get you off their back, but the item's tracking information won't work because the item hasn't been sent.

SHITTY APP AND SHITTY PROVIDER! STAY AWAY FROM BY ALL MEANS! I have used ShipMonk for a few months. From the first moment, I had a horrible experience. When something is horrible from the beginning, it is horrible throughout all of the time. Communication is HORRIBLE. They kept making on-going MISTAKES all the time. They were giving me FALSE pricing. When I wanted to stop my relationship with ShipMonk, it was A PAIN IN THE ASS to leave them. All in all, being an eCommerce entrepreneur for 15 years, ShipMonk has been absolutely by all means THE WORST SUPPLIER I have ever used. S-T-A-Y A-W-A-Y FROM! THERE ARE TOO MANY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE!

Heed these warnings... if you like to stay in business. We have been using Shipmonk for over 2 years. Their customer service is ok and so is their application but they will kill your startup with their ridiculous minimums and storage fees. To make it worse they you cannot trust what shipping they quote you, they will come back and charge 2 to 3X the original price quoted on the order. The latest example being charging $55 when the quote was $26. If I re-do the same order I am still shown $26. Its essentially fraud. Also their minimum fees is a ridiculous concept. This is what I got from their support "when storage exceeds $250.00 your minimum increases to the storage cost". They already charge a premium on storage and they you end up paying 2X that because invariably your storage fees will cross usd 250 (unless you are shipping really small items with limited number of SKUs) and then that would become your new minimum, essentially doubling your storage fees. While they claim this crucial clause was always there on their website (we don't remember reading it) their sales agent never bothered to mention it during the initial meeting we had and it is not in our contract. Also it is nearly impossible to know what you are paying for when it comes to storage "their system" essentially decides and there is very little visibility as to why you are paying of X number of pallets or Y number of bins. Also you would be paying for a whole pallet (X2 because of the minimums) even if you have 1 unit left on it and to make it worse you don't know so you can't do anything about it. It is very hard to change a warehouse once you are stuck with one so do your research before you make the mistake we did. Find someone else unless you love throwing away money. Companies like Shipmonk should go out of business so companies that do care about their customers can do well. Echo in the line from a different review because we had to deal with the exact issue, thousands of dollars worth of lost inventory after they signed for it: "Some examples: They lose inventory upon receiving, because they don't check what they sign for when product is delivered to them vs. what they actually receive and enter into the system. So when shipments show as delivered but the inventory is missing from the warehouse, their excuse is that they receive too many shipments to possibly try to check what was actually received. They have literally, on multiple occasions, lost thousands of dollars of inventory, and even when escalated to the CEO, refuse to accept ownership of this or do anything about it. And because they signed the delivery slip, you can no longer claim for a lost package from the shipper." One more thing.. do not trust the review posted on capterra .com. Capterra is a paid service and they will only post reviews they like, this review never showed up there even though it was posted there over 3 months ago, didn't even get an acknowledgement.

Incredible experience working with Shipmonk. I have worked with a few 3PLs for my business and this has been the smoothest operation I have encountered. They receive product well, notify when in stock, the dashboard is very communicative and connects well with my store. Overall, I would recommend them to all of my fellow eComm businesses.

ShipMonk is excellent for sending packages to customers across the world. Their application allows you to directly route all shipments as they come in so you don't need to think about anything. It's a very simple and efficient fulfillment method that will save you time and money.

I am giving ShipMonk a 5-Star review for various reasons! "SIMPLICITY" would be one word to describe the overall user experience and business experience with ShipMonk. They have made a phenomenal job at Simplifying the entire process from Shopify integration to receiving your products in their warehouses and shipping them globally. They have a truly dedicated and devoted Customer Service team to help you every step of the way. Their international shipping rates are attractive and that has been much appreciated by our customers. Working with ShipMonk has been a plain-sailing journey. ShipMonk has made it possible for me to run my business remotely from anywhere in the world which I am truly appreciative and grateful for. App works well, only problem is inventory isnt always updated. They definitely need to fix that because you have to call them to figure it out

I've talked to many 3PL's across the country and ShipMonk is one of the best i've seen! Their technology platform is top-notch; I especially love the fact that there is an embedded shipping calculator, so you can play with so many scenarios and get pricing. Oh, and their shipping rates are heavily discounted which opens the door for global sales. Highly recommend ShipMonk for all of your storage and fulfillment needs.

Shipmonk has been an incredible service for our business. Not having to manage shipping has been a really important part to our company's expansion and we couldn't have done it without the team at Shipmonk. Their customer service is extremely attentive and all of our customers have been happy with the arrival of their packages. Shipmonk is a great order fulfillment center for eCommerce especially for young startup companies.. Quick Customer service and great online application/platform are among their main benefits. We have integrated ours with Shopify store. Two locations in CA and FL can help you optimize shipping costs. We can highly recommend it

The app integration was fast and easy. We hired Shipmonk to fulfill orders for our startup business on Shopify. We were assigned a designated Happiness Engineer (HE) who walked us through an onboarding session to get our team familiarized with the system. Our fulfillment and shipping required custom packing specifications depending on the platform/store orders were processed from and the team was able to work with us on this. When our HE was not available, it was easy to reach out to Shipmonk for assistance by submitting a ticket online in which we would receive a response within 24 hours. The only drawback that we experience is the communication between pacific and eastern time. Although our company is based in California, we preferred the Florida warehouse to complete our order fulfillment. Overall, we are satisfied with Shipmonk’s services and team of professionals.

Excellent service! The onboarding process was entirely done by them within 24 hours and everything was easily set up. Integrates very well with shopify and automatically manages and fulfills orders and inventory. Good shipping rates and fast delivery times. Impeccable customer service, responds and resolves issues as fast as they can. Overall great experience!

We've been using Shipmonk (and their associated Shopify app) for more than a year now. The onboarding process is fairly easy and they help you connect your store to their fulfillment center, and map the SKUs to their internal inventory codes. You can also do it yourself manually if you create product bundles, for instance, or they will do it for you if you have a lot of them, just by sending them a CSV. From that moment on, Shipmonk automatically captures the orders from Shopify, processes them, and then inserts the tracking number once the order has been fulfilled. So all in all, it is a very straightforward process and the only work you need to do is check their interface daily to verify no orders are "stuck" because the buyer entered an incorret address, or you have run out of stock of any item (which you shouldn't, as they provide a forecast on how many days of inventory you have left at the current sales rate. All in all, very satisfied with their service and the timely delivery of the orders to my customers.

Terrible. Absolute nightmare the last few months we were with them. Cost us thousands of dollars in documented direct losses due to numerous shipping mistakes and lost and/or misplaced inventory on orders for just one account alone. We were assessed chargebacks, fees and losses due to inaccurate carton contents, shipments that were short units, shipments that were over units, late shipments and packages that were missing necessary documents. Numerous emails and calls to them communicating instructions and identifying concerns and issues but they still made repeated mistakes. Repeatedly provided us with inaccurate info regarding shipments and status. Due to inaccurate inventory numbers, we repeatedly asked them to provide us with an inventory report but took them weeks to provide.

Shipmonk is crushing. They lost our inventory, they shipped bad product, shipped empty boxes. Incorrect SKUs. Miss assigned. They overcharged us. And they take 3 weeks to get any project done. Save yourself the money and go with any other 3pl. We had 10s of negative reviews and slowed down our iventory ordering by 3 months because of this.

Shipmonk is terrible at what a 3PL should be great at: communication with its customers, shipping time, shipping accuracy, and warehousing. They've shipped another company's products to our customers, multiple times.

Awesome service for your fulfillment needs! Never experienced such a great customer service experience. What I like most is the customer service which is extremely professional. Also, I liked the software which is extremely user-friendly. Highly recommended!
