We have been able to create custom rules intuitively with the app. At times when we have seen some conditions not working as expected, their support team has been extremely helpful and quick to resolve. Its not always the case to find this type of support without having to have dedicated supported or paying extra, so it rare and a relief for smaller companies, solving this issues does not cost extra and you still get to build a better experience for your customers. Recommend over other options we tried for sure.

It's about 8 months since we moved to Shopify, from a system that allowed us to code our own shipping rules. The prospect of having to rely on an App was concerning, as we were not sure whether it would provide the flexibility we wanted. As it happened, it gave all the flexibility, and more. It did so in an intuative way too. We ae now able to offer customers leaner shipping costs, and more accurate delivery expectations. They offer incredible support too, always online, and always willing to screenshare and walk through any problems that you may be having. I highly recommend this App and the people behind it.

I'm so impressed with Shipping & Delivery ‑ ShipZip! Not only is the app user-friendly, but their customer service is outstanding. They were incredibly quick to respond and resolved my problem immediately. This app has definitely made my shipping process much smoother.
