Recientemente acabo de agregar esta aplicacion y es una maravilla, en menos de 5 minutos se acabo el problema con mis envios que llevaba desde 3 años y nadie podia darle solucion ademas de que el soporte es inmediato, amable y paciente. Es una apliacacion facil de usar y configurar.

Very pleasantly surprised by the ShipMagic app. We were looking for a complex shipping setup in which the shipping rates were grouped by box size, each box carrying a certain number of products. Aditya, the developer, was very quick to assist and hopped on a call to help set things up properly. We worked with Aditya over the course of a week and he was SUPER helpful, even going so far out of his way as to change his app to accommodate FedEx for us. We've worked with a lot of apps and this is by far the best customer support we've received. Thank you Aditya for the awesome app!

I am so glad I chose to use this app. Right from the start Aditya the developer helped set up the app with my first request and then managed to set up urban and rural zones for my New Zealand store. ShipMagic is a magic app. It allows me to accurately calculate shipping rates for my customers based on their location and the weight of their orders, without the need to upgrade to the expensive Advanced Shopify Store package. After trying out many other shipping apps I think this is the best. It can pretty much handle anything, but what makes it so great is Aditya, he will spend the time with you via live chat to get it set up just as you want. You can test it first and then make it live once you are ready. 5 Stars!

I wanted to offer customers free shipping, if certain products were added to the cart (containing the tag "versandkostenfrei"). Turns out that is impossible to do with Shopify built-in methods (which will let you select free shipping with total amount of items or price only). I tried a multitude of apps, some of them pretty expensive (e.g. Intuitive shipping). None of them worked. This app gives you important hints, and - most important of all - there is a live chat functionality. I'm so glad that Aditya chatted me up (by sending an additional "Hi" in the Live Chat in the app), together we were able to set it up correctly. (For example, he said "In the conditions, you have to choose “Cart Contains” and not Product Tag.") Also, possibly that I had several shipping profiles pre-enabled in Shopify might have caused issues. In any case, we were able to solve the issue fast. Normally I avoid reaching out to support to get something working (actually because I assume that they will take a long time to come back to me). When support is at your fingertips like here, it is really awesome! I wish the author of this app a lot of success with it, and I hope he will be able to grow in a way which will be sustainable and allow him to continue to offer the same kind of support.

We had a complex shipping requirement for varying items across 7 different zones and 150+ countries. The Aditya was amazing in helping us set this up from start to finish and the only thing we need to do is keep an eye on our base costs. Would 100% recommend, just for the pleasure of dealing with Aditya's amazing support!

ShipMagic solved my shipping request that I had searched through many apps to find. Not only does the app do exactly what I needed, Aditya was fantastic at helping me install and customize my settings. Great customer service! Update: 8 months later, Aditya has continued to help me when I needed to change my settings. He is available quickly and his help is invaluable to my comfort to know that everything is set up correctly.

After spending thousands on developers to custom generate a solution for mixed carts (containing in-stock/preorder) with multiple shipping rates and complicated logic — Aditya replied on a Shopify forum where I was desperate for a solution. He delivered more than I could have ever asked for. This app is incredible, and the service behind it is top-notch. Our scenario has been so complicated it took developers months to build an unstable solution, but it took Aditya less than 24 hours to create a custom solution through this application. He took care of the setup, completely understood what we were trying to accomplish and over-delivered. I was nearly emotional when I saw the result. I can't recommend this enough.
