ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've tried other shipping rate apps and this one works just a good, if not better than all the others. More importantly, Aditya Malani, provides hero level, super human, support. He had me set up and running within 15 minutes. All I had to do was install the app and grant him collaborator access. He took care of the rest after learning my set up needs. I couldn't be happier with the service. UPDATE 9-7-2023: I needed to take a minute to inform you all of just how great this app is and how great the service it. I had a unique request for a shipping rate rule. The app wasn't able to handle that request the way it was currently configured. Rather than telling me it wasn't possible, Aditya Malani, once again provided hero level support. In less than 12 hours, he added code to the app that allowed it to integrate the request I had into the system. Everything is working perfectly and fully meets our specific needs. If you are looking a shipping app, look no further. This is the one you need to install and run. From what I've seen, you will not be disappointed. Hero level! Thank you Shipmagic!

Fancy that a Free app and all you have to do is use Shopify's most expensive plans which are no value at all

Hi, 1. Having CCS is mandatory to use ANY third party shipping rate app including ours. It is a rule implemented by Shopify and we cannot do anything about it. We have also mentioned it on our app listing. 2. You do not have to upgrade to the most expensive plan to get CCS. It is available on the Shopify plan as well. Thank you for punishing us for a crime we did not commit. My whole team who have worked tirelessly day and night is very grateful to you.

ShipMagic is a true gem of an app! Finally, I found a solution that handles various order sizes effortlessly, calculating based on the highest level. The customer service was top-notch too – fast, attentive, and incredibly helpful during setup. A huge thanks to ShipMagic for their amazing work! This app has worked perfectly! It's the only app I could find that allows us to set up different sized orders and calculate based on the highest level without adding them up. Seriously amazing. The customer service helping me get it all set up was fabulous. Fast and meticulous. Thank you ShipMagic!!!

The application solved our problem of having too many shipping conditions. It was easy to set it up. Also, there wasn't a particular feature at the time of installation, but Speedy Squirrel team took our suggestion and implemented it within a week. Excellent support and responsiveness. We would recommend it to anyone with many complex shipping rules.
