Jennifer was particularly helpful... we had very particular shipping requirement and conditions, and Jenifer was very patient, helping me with the setup, troubleshooting, and then thorough testing and iterating, all on one call. The patience and hands-on support is second to none.

This app is great in allowing me to set up custom tiered shipping rates for the different product variations I have in my store. I had a couple of issues with the set up of this app but the team went above and beyond in helping me to resolve everything when I spoke to them on the online chat. Wonderful service, I recommend.

This service is just incredible! Durkesh helped me immediately with all my issues and with his support the setup was very easy! Now I also understand it much better! In the future I will see if the app is working smoothly but I'm sure it will!

Uselsss customer service, couldnt follow the issue or help at all AND to top it off they had another customer join the same call for the first 10mins to ask them to come back later.

The app is thorough, and works perfect for us after being set up correctly. Barath was very helpful in helping set up my shipping rates to our exact specs. This app overrides Shopify's default 'add rates together' for different shipping profiles, and allows us provide shipping rates that are one of the other, instead of combining them. Thanks Shipeasy!
