Great app, and the shipping prices are very competitive. Shame you can't show availability in the way of a percentage bar, in the awaiting shipment grid, so you didn't have to open each order, then it would be perfect!

We have been using ShipStation for several months now and am so impressed with what the software is capable of doing. Leon helped with our set up and has gone above and beyond to help. Providing extra support beyond our allocated implementation time, answering emails and calls. Greatly appreciated. Coming from a much simpler fulfilment provider, initially the set up process was daunting but now being fully implemented, we are seeing the capabilities and how ShipStation will save us time and money. The use of Automation and with the assistance of their AI Assistant has made the transition easier. The most important reason for choosing ShipStation was knowing the Support and Help Desk that is provided, I have used this service several times and have been answered quickly. For any issues not rectified immediately they continue to investigate and follow up.

This app has made our shipping and fulfillment process much more organized. Managing orders, printing shipping labels, and keeping track of shipments from one place has saved us a lot of time, especially as our order volume has grown.

We just finished implementation of ShipStation to move our Shopify orders over to them and we couldn't be happier! Just got set up with the help of Rakish at ShipStation and its a game changer. A few clicks and my labels are automatically printed with compared rates at the touch of a finger. Perfect for my small business.

We've been using ShipStation for several years now - and it keeps getting better. We're really happy with the reliability and flexibility of its options. The ability to make you own automations is one of their best features. The user interface is simple, logical and easy to navigate. Plus their new WMS features for efficiency are a game changer. However, the best feature of ShipStation is actually its people and team. Whenever we require any service and support, they're always responsive, prompt and helpful. They seriously set the standard when it comes to support. If I could choose 6 stars instead of 5, I would. I'd highly recommend ShipStation, and for well more than just a shipping solution.
