Just started with ShipStation 7 days ago, the set up and support has been amazing - big thank you to Aakriti. Lots of helpful suggestions and Ideas. Great service & I have found the webpage easy to use and has made the fulfilment process easy. Highly recommend.

I recently started using ShipStation, and it has been a game changer for my business. It’s already saving me a lot of time and hassle, especially when it comes to organizing and processing orders. What used to take a significant part of my day is now streamlined and much more efficient. The platform is user-friendly, and the automation features make it easy to manage multiple orders without feeling overwhelmed. Integrations with my sales channels have been smooth, and label creation is quick and straightforward. I also want to give a big thank you to Darren Dybala, the implementation manager, who was extremely helpful throughout the setup process. He took the time to clearly explain how to best use ShipStation for my specific needs and made sure everything was set up correctly from the start. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience so far and would highly recommend ShipStation to anyone looking to simplify their shipping workflow and save valuable time.

ShipStation has been our shipping and logistics partner for 10 years and we've shipped over 100,000 orders on their platform with no interruptions of service and saved thousands. Convenient integrations with Shopify, Amazon, eBay and more. Highly recommend.

Chelly Bell was fantastic. She was engaging and didn't think this old man was stupid. She was very patient. This has helped me get a great start with shipping, and it will definitely help my entire team be more efficient. I am grateful for this service and Chelly has made the transition simple and even fun!

Darren Dybala is the man! He went beyond what is needed to get us setup with shipstation. I feel 100% confident with shipstation. It has made our shipping fulfillment way easier to manage

Very good support, having direct email communications with a dedicated account manager to resolve issues makes a world of difference. ShipStation is one of the few platforms that supports our specific needs. We are also enjoying the new line up of features.

I have been really sceptical of trying this but so far so good. The cheaper rates more than pay for the as subscription - especially on international orders. I was really surprised to get a phone call in response to some questions I asked, there rep Andrej spent quite a bit of time helping me set things up to run smoothly. So far so good and I will update the review in a few months!

Rakesh has gone above and beyond to help me get started on my ecommerce journey, teaching me how to integrate Shopify with my Shipstation account and my Shipstation account with my courier. I am not tech savvy so I am extremely grateful that Rakesh has managed to increase my knowledge and confidence to be able to run my ecommerce business smoothly. MASSIVE thank you Rakesh!

Shipstation has been a tremendous asset to our business. It is simple to ship and integrates with numerous marketplaces. We have been a client for over 5 years. In addition, our representative, Keith Phillips has been helpful, educational and found ways to improve our experiences!

So far Shipstation is working great. The highlight so far was my meetings and training with Aakriti who was extremely helpful and I was able to understand alot more functions that Shipstation offers.

It's a bit complex at the start, but overall the easiest platform for shipping from not just one but multiple platforms. Highly recommend for any company looking to ship more than 50 packages a month (due to the time/cost savings). Support has been amazing as well. Lots of time spent helping to get things right in our account and explain things I wasn't familiar with. A+

Have had to call customer service twice today and they been very helpful in getting our stuff up and running again after UPS cancelled their service on their end. Very thankful for the 2 customer service reps that helped in getting us functioning again.
