Emily was very helpful setting up our Shipstation account with, and we have found it to be a lot more efficient than anything else we have tried! I would recommend.

User for 8+ years. Shipstation is powerful, but a bit buggy, with occasional small issues to fix. That said they are clearly committed to constant improvement, and consistently are making upgrades and improvements. Support is responsive, I had a tier problem that really frustrated me but to their credit they fixed it. I am continuing forward with SS as a result of that.

We get competitive shipping rates that make this app worth using but if you ever have an issue, good luck. The support is non-existent. If you do get in touch with someone it will be weeks of back and forth with them just telling you to 'try again in incognito mode' or asking if you have 'cleared your cache today.' That simply cannot be the solution for every error we encounter. Once they suggest those 'problem solving steps' they will just give up. Complete silence from support. You're on your own. Would give this 5 stars if we had help when issues occurred and didn't feel completely left on our own to figure out errors.

I like Shipstation but I have small problems about once a month and it gets frustrating.

There are a few connectivity issues that should be fixed but other than that we are super happy we switched from Shippo to Ship Station. Love the added functionality and most of the scale integration. Has improved our shipping efficiency tremendously!

There have been near-flawless interactions. It has cut down on shipping costs and errors. The only issue I have is with claims. They always need to be approved, which is complex and rare.

All options are not provided each time. Shipstation at times does not provide all the information needed like previous order information or ship by information to be printed on invoices

Very slow in the afternoon in rush period before Xmas hope this will be corrected for next year since it is 50% of our yearly sales All the rest is fine

Very easy to set up and train people quickly. The Integration into Shopify was very quick and simple and has no down time.

We've been using ShipStation for several years and the integration with Shopify is seamless. The app has robust features that scale easily based off the size of your business. It is easy to comparing shipping rates for companies like USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. The automation tools are robust and allow for ease when customizing a specific workflow down the employee level. After 6 years of using this product our only complaint is that users are still not able to automate package sets on shipments with multiple packages.

We've been using Shipstation for 3 years, shipping around 1000-1500 packages per year. The switch to Shipstation from manual shipping through the USPS was a quantum leap forward in efficiency. We couldn't run our business without Shipstation. Shipstation is perfect in nearly every regard except one: they aren't integrated fully with their parent company, Stamps.com. USPS international shipping options are not named the same in Stamps.com and Shipstation, which leads to confusion. I spent a few hours working with Shipstation user support to deal with the situation and it still wasn't resolved. I wish that Shipstation would change their shipping options to match the names that are officially used by USPS and Stamps.com. It's still not clear to me if Shipstation is permitting me to purchase all of the shipping options offered through my Stamps.com account (which was set up through Shipstation).

ShipStation is awesome, it's made a huge impact in the efficiency of our fulfillment. We use it with multiple sales channels, not just shopify, and have been very happy. The only reason for 4 stars (instead of 5) is because I couldn't find an easy way to feed live rates from Shipstation to our Shopify store based on dimensions and weight. Maybe I missed it somewhere, but we'd like customers to just pay actual shipping costs and instead we have estimates based on size/weight buckets.

I would like better tutorials explaining how to troubleshoot problems that arise when using multiple stores/multiple branded labels/ pick lists. My branded forms are crossing over and show up in the wrong store's printed items.

This app is a game changer for us. We sell on various channels including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify and Ebay. ShipStation pulls in all of our open orders on all of these channels and enables us to manage them in one place. Unfortunately, not all of the order details can be imported from Amazon (this seems to be an issue from Amazon's end) so we continue to print out our orders from each channel and then cross-reference them with the open orders in ShipStation. If they could successfully get all the order details pulled in from all of our channels and then provide formatting for us to print the orders including any customizations and customer notes from right within ShipStation I would rate them 5+ stars. As it is, the app still saves us time and money and pays for itself several times over. Their support team is also great to work with - very responsive.

Lots of support, lots of options. Needs a few more small additions to make it seamless with Shopify, but overall we are happy with the product.

ShipStation is our go-to app for shipping. Makes things so much easier. With 25+ orders a day it only takes me roughly 30 seconds to fill and ship a order. Could use a lot of tweaks and feature upgrades but I'm sure they are working hard to get us more features. A highly recommended eCommerce app.

ShipStation has really saved us a ton of time when it comes to shipping. We used to go to UPS to drop off shipments EVERY DAY! It was very time consuming and it sometimes took a day or two to get shipments out. With ShipStation, our customers are happy that their orders go out right away and we are happy because we are saving time and money!

This app has been great! It helps me aggregate all my shipping data from multiple sources including shopify. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it gets expensive when you integrate multiple channels. Site: www.Getzesttea.com
