The app was once golden and a must have for our business. But since the recent updates we have had trouble after trouble with getting into our account for everyday shipping. We are unable to to login to our account at all! it's terrible and there is no support or answers! We have used this app since 2016! So sad, but will be seeking out other options and I advise anyone looking into a platform for shipping ease to do the same! Our workflow has been completely disrupted!

Shipstation has been perfect in importing our orders from Shopify, as well as from other marketplaces. We have relied on it for years and it is the hub of our business. Customer service is also great, but seldom needed!

Extremely reliable with few limitations. Customer service is great when an occasional issue or outage does occur. I would recommend this to anysmall to mid sized business

Fantastic app we use for our shopify ebay and etsy stores. Login via shipstation website and it also tracked inventory across all above platforms. Took a while to get used to and we spent hours with phone support and they were always there to help. Thank you now it saves us countless hours on creating labels, fulfilling orders, counting inventory, etc. Amazing!

Best app out there to ship your products effortlessly. We have multiple e-commerce stores so this is very helpful to fetch all the different stores via the same app and the same carrier (Canada Post, in our case)

Rates are not syncing with checkout cart, According to shopify provided by shopify, the customer paid $13.95 while shipstation is trying to charge us $94 What a nice profit margin Impossible to get a hold of them, "Contact us" keeps taking me into loops of support documents They don't care if the site is not converting because we only have FedEx account showing in check-out It keeps asking me to upgrade shopify to advance or plus plan while I upgraded to advance plan months ago. Shopify people felt bad and emailed them on my behalf

I honestly have nothing good to say about this app. I downloaded the free trial in 2021 and was BOMBARDED by customer support emails and phone calls. They were calling me up to 5 times per day and emailing me to help me set up because I had not printed a label. I ended up deleting the app because I was so annoyed by their calls. I decided to give it another shot today as our business needs a more streamlined shipping solution, but none of our current orders will import from Shopify. I think it is expensive for what you get in the first place, but the outdated interface, lagging order imports, and overboard customer service make this app a hard no for us.

I'm done with this app. I've tried to resolve this several times with Shipstation support, but they tell me it's "working as intended." Here are my issues... 1) When I change an order's address in Shopify, the change in address doesn't import into shipstation. I've sent items to the wrong address many times because of this. 2) When updating the address in the Shipstation app, the web version doesn't reflect the change, causing orders to be shipped to the wrong address. 3) The sync is extremely inaccurate to what is shown in Shopify when shipped via multiple vendors. For some reason, the developers can't figure out how to have an order that shows fulfilled in Shopify to reflect correctly in Shipstation, causing me to spend hours cross-referencing my open orders in Shopify to manually mark them as fulfilled in Shipstation. 4) My Etsy orders aren't syncing correctly, causing missed orders. For some reason, Shipstation only imports some of the orders, not all of them from Etsy. Again, I've tried to bring attention to these issues but the Shipstation team shows no interest in resolving them. Instead, they want to treat me like I'm ignorant. It would also be helpful to have a phone number so I could discuss the specific issues live. I'm moving on.

We have been using Shipstation for approximately 10 years. And when we launched our Shopify store a year ago, we were thrilled to find out it would integrate with Shipstation. They're the best!

I really love the shopify integration with shipstation. Being able to pull in all of my orders and batch print labels is extremely efficient and saves me a lot of time.

ShipStation has been a key ingredient in our multi-store setup for nearly 5 years and it's worked exceptionally well for us that entire time. The feature set has stabilized and there aren't any crazy surprises, it's uptime has been fantastic, and the value-adds they released with aggregate carrier rate discounts w/ USPS & UPS have been great. It does serve as an ingestion point for another piece of software further in our workflow, and the integration that direction has been great as well. All-around great stuff!

Integrates perfectly with my Shopify store to handle roughly 150-200 shipments per month. Makes the process much more streamlined than shipping from Shopify directly and provides a bunch of neat automation tools. Highly recommended.

Works like a charm. All of our Shopify orders come into Shipstation without any issues. Shipstation also adds dozens of features that help with our operations.

Shipstation is a fantastic platform for managing shipments! I've been using it for over a year and a half, and it continues to surpass my expectations. Pros: - The interface is nicely laid out to give access to all of the tools we need without being overwhelming, with good navigation and tab organization - You can set up customized filter and column views, and save them as tabs for easy repeat reference - The search function with advanced search is very accurate and reliable, with options to fine tune the results extensively - Product info can be updated with selective imports so you're not overwriting any existing data - There are multiple stackable options for product and order organization to give very granular control over your systems - The automation rules are extensive, with virtually every product and order variable usable as an automation trigger - Built-in batch fulfillment with the ability to generate batches through both automation and manual filtering: if you've set the item weights/boxes/customs info/batches/filtering/etc up correctly, you can process orders near-instantly - Networked printer integration: if you set up the connection with Shipstation Connect (free desktop application) on one computer, you can print from Shipstation on any device - Support is quick to respond and very knowledgeable - The documentation is extensive, easy to understand, and simple to navigate through - The pricing is also very affordable for the amount of time we save - It has integrations for all the platforms we use and can manage multiple stores and couriers The only notable con is that Shipstation currently lacks built-in tools for tracking packing materials: you can create custom box sizes and add them to orders seamlessly with both automatic and manual options, but you can't add a weight to a box listing and have the order weight adjust automatically when you change the box, or remove a box from inventory when you process a shipment. Small thing, but annoying: we end up adding the box weight to the product weights so we can batch fulfil our 1-2 item orders, but it messes all the calculations up for multi-item orders. Overall highly recommend, Shipstation is an excellent platform: I've recommended it to several small business owners in passing, and I'd recommend it in general to anyone who has to track orders.

Shipstation is a great app that is functional and does what we need it to. Couldn't run our business without it or a similar app, and we have found them to be the best provider of their type of service that we could find.

ShipStation integrates seamlessly with my Shopify store and makes fulfillment and shipping orders a breeze. I have been using ShipStation for about 2 years now and love it. The recently added DHL rates are extremely good.
