I will update my review if the support team has a resolution for printing more than 20 labels at a time. If we print more it will skip or miss orders. we called and they sent documents for us to read regarding our printer. Do we have a printer issue or shipstation issue? contact [email protected]

Buyer beware! I am on a trial acct still and its been a terrible experience-They charged me for my last 2 labels over & over again by saying I needed more & more funds and kept charging my credit card-but even though they charged me for 1 label 3 times in funds-I never received the label-I am unable to print any labels-there was not actual label or tracking created and yet they charged me 3 times for this label and then the same thing happened with another label rt after that-they currently owe me a refund of $221.08 You cannot get a human on the phone & I opened a "case" 2 days ago and no reply or refund so I will have to pursue thru credit card company. It's really bad-they charge you all sorts of charges for labels you never get & then try to get the refunds when it was their fault. Not ok -Stay far far away.

This app has been billing me for years and I can't get them to stop. I've even tried cancelling my credit card but because it's linked through Shopify they are able to bill the new card number somehow. Do not download this app or do their free trial. You'll be committed for life.

Great app . Saves time and money.
I've been very happy with ShipStation so far. For the most part, it just works. And for the times that it didn't, some settings adjustments fixed my issues. I find their offering expensive for my size business (really tiny), but it's a situation of you-get-what-you-pay-for. Customer service has been top notch, even though I'm sure I'm one of their smallest accounts.

Been using shipstation for years with other platforms. Finally moved over to Shopify and the transition was seamless. Now if only Shopify's integration with Fedex would be as good as Shipstations ;)
I like the way you can select your prefer carrier. Differentiate between residential and commercial address.
This is the one tool that our company could not live without. The amount of time and money it saves us is priceless. The automated rules ensure we are always selecting the cheapest rates possible in a seamless integration. This saves also saves many hours each day so we can utilize our staff for more important tasks. Customer support is amazing as well. We have always gotten quick answers to questions and they always go above and beyond to solve our problems. ShipStation is so easy to use. It walks you completely through the process of shipping your package. It sends notification about upcoming changes to carrier pricing, and services. It also gives you Shipping analytics which is very helpful.
Chelly has been exceptional in assisting us with navigating ShipStation and setting up everything. Her support has significantly contributed to our positive experience with the platform.
I switched to shipstation about 6 months ago and wish we switched earlier! So user friendly and easy to navigate! Would highly recommend ShipSation. They're customer service is the best! great product we really love the way they helped us. Careful with Canadian shipping. You may get hit with fees after the shipment. Love this product.
Greetings.....This will be my easiest review for 2024. SHOPIFY absolutely rocks. Their customer support is exceptional, their platform is clean and efficient. Very user friendly and simple to add products and shipping methods. If you are on the fence on selecting a platform for your company, I will save you time and effort trying to decide. Go with SHOPIFY.
