ShipStation Orders & Inventory

I wish i found out about Shipstation sooner! We've been using it for about a month and so far it's been so much better than click & drop which we were previously using. Orders are pulled in from all of our channels seamlessly and accurately, and any cancellations across the channels are updated on shipstation. Plus, there's lot of rules which you can create such as putting medium/high risk orders on hold so you can investigate before printing etc. Overall a great piece of software with great support

Great user experience, the app pays for itself - brought down my shipping cost by $5 on average

First of all, the very first experience with Shipstation was daunting, but that's because it can do SOOOO much. Once we met with our onboarding person, Chelly, she walked us through it like we were children, which is exactly what we felt like at first. lol Honestly, once we got it, we couldn't be happier and as we grow it can absolutely grow with us, which is awesome.

I have been using Shopify and Shipstation together for years. They work very well together! While one might say that you can ship straight through Shopify, my team and I have found that Shipstation holds a distinct value in being able to get very granular in your shipping data, reports, automations, and views.

Chelly was extremely helpful with setting up Shipstation to work with our shopify store. She has helped answer all of my questions as well as been very understanding when I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances that all business have. She has made the process fun and enjoyable, when it would have been a total headache otherwise! I highly recommend her :)

ShipStation has been a game changer for my business. Managing orders across multiple platforms is now seamless, and the automation tools save me hours every week. The discounted shipping rates are a huge bonus, and the interface is very easy to use. Customer support has also been great whenever I had questions. I highly recommend ShipStation to any small business owner looking to streamline their shipping and grow more efficiently!

We are so happy we made the switch! We have saved time by automating some of our more repetitive shipments, and money with ShipStation's rate shopper tool. Our rep Chelly was awesome, she helped us learn the platform and make sure everything was implemented. Support was able to help us resolve an issue we were having with package insurance.

So far so good. It has its learning curves but not as bad as some of these reviews. It's been great having my 3 shops in one place, I love to be able to use the barcode scanner to correctly pack orders. My only complaint is can't get the ShipStation Connect App to work and the chat customer service is very slow to respond, and they normally respond very late in the day.

Seamless experience - honestly, no complaints.

Shipstation has really helped my small business pull everything together in one place making it so much more effecient. It was a lot to take in at first, but our rep, Chelly made everything so easy. She held my hand through the whole process and made sure everyone on my team was comfortable and very familiar with all of the feautures. Superbe application qui permet de fusionner les informations de la boutique shopify à la plateforme shipstation (nom et adresse d'expédition sans avoir a tout entrer l'information manuellement, si le poids de l'article est entré dans la boutique l'info va suivre) le type de colis et le transporteur peuvent être sélectionnés par défaut, reste plus qu'a imprimer l'étiquette d'expédition dont on peut voir le tarif et le numéro de suivi de colis s'inscrit automatiquement dans la commande et la commande passe au statut traitée. vraiment userfriendly

Pricing is so fair and have run into very few issues!

I’ve been using ShipStation for the past six months and have really enjoyed it—until I ran into a major issue two days ago that was preventing me from purchasing labels. It seemed like a unique problem, and I wasn’t sure they’d be able to find a solution. I was just about to make the decision to permanently switch away from ShipStation. However, Gabriela R., my implementation manager from six months ago, dedicated two full days to resolving the issue and found a solution. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of dedication and support they provide through employees like her.

ShipStation helps us manage multiple sales channels on one shipping platform. The integrations are smooth, and when we needed help, the account setup assistance was amazing! We have been able to streamline so many SOPs and our quick shipping department is now scary fast and accurate. A+
