Great customer service and very responsive, answered all of my questions and resolved them promptly. Would definitely recommend this app to other users who need to build a beautiful landing page.

I am still learning all the features of the app, but I really appreciate the ability to create sections. This saves a lot of time in creating my pages in Shopify. The support is super fast and very kind, and in no time my issues were resolved. The only thing that would be nice is that for multilingual shops that already have a translation app (which is not Weglog) they can use it for translations.

GREAT page builder with absolutely fantastic support. I was considering a different app to get around a problem I was having, but after Andre quickly solved the issue I was having I decided to stay. I am on a legacy plan that fits my wallet and needs perfectly, so crossing my fingers I am not forced to upgrade to the new plan that would be 5 times the cost given the number of pages I have. if that happens, I will be forced to change apps because of financial limitations. But until then, I will stick to Shogun and sing its praises to all and sundry. (I hope they let me stay on my current plan...)

Rhys helped me a lot! Great service. It makes the difference and definitely made me not deleting the app! Means, the app + supporting channel worth it! I've been trying a lot of other options to do the same thing but this was the best

First, just so you know, your app is amazing on Shopify, we can have the freedom of design which helps a lot when we are building landing pages. Secondly, it gives us a lot more leverage with our clients with regards to some limitations on the regular theme of shopify, so in both cases, we, as a design firm, look like gold to our client. So thank you for that.

The support is outstanding! Not only are they extremely fast in responding, but they will go above and beyond and send detailed steps to follow or even short training videos specific to your brand/webpages. Shogun provide excellent customer support. When we had a glitch uploading a revised page I contacted Shogun and Sweetan was onto it straight away, sending me regular updates with no prompting from me.

Without "Shogun", the page would no longer be possible. It is a very useful application. When I renewed the design theme, there was a problem with it, but they were able to fix it right away. I was expecting it to take a long time to fix the problem since I was inquiring by email from Japan, but the problem was solved in a few minutes.
